We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I loved the nice and modern look and feel of the accommodation. Loved the decor in the room and the super comfortable bed! The pub served delicious dinner. Parking is possible on-site. The staff was generally friendly and accommodated our request for an extra duvet (would be nice if it was also possible to book twin rooms). All in all, I would stay here again!

United KingdomThe only criticism at all is the breakfast service could be speeded up by allowing guests to help themselves to own hot and cold drinks. As only one member of staff serving breakfast , he was so busy making drinks etc that to take orders of breakfast could have been quicker. This is no complaint of just a suggestion.

Fantastic room, spacious, big bathroom with large walk in power shower, thoughtful free welcome gift tin with snacks and water. Food was great, we had a sunday roast which was really good although above average price, staff were great

United KingdomOnly criticism would be there was no soap in the bathroom and no shampoo etc in the shower. We had our own so it was no big deal but was a bit strange for an otherwise excellent hotel.
Nice decor well finished. Our room was 'Birch' which was clean spacious & comfortable. Bathroom was spacious clean and the shower was great. The breakfast was excellent and all the staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is in a lovely rural area 15 mins from Stirling so very handy for visiting our daughter at the university.

We stayed in the Juniper room which is a little on the small side but it was enough for the two nights we were there. The room was very clean and had everything that we needed.
