There was nothing we didn't like about this hotel.

Perfect location for visiting Largs. We were made very welcome. The hotel has a lovely beer garden and bar area. Really enjoyed our breakfast with a good selection to choose from. If visiting Largs again would choose to stay at this hotel.

Breakfast was fantastic, service was excellent. The dining room was spotless and had a great selection of cereals and juice to choose from. The rooms were clean and bright and bed very comfy.

There was nothing to dislike but would have been handy to have a non slip mat in shower.

Fabulous Breakfast with plenty of choice. We had one evening meal which we would highly recommend. The size of the hotel is ideal for a relaxing quiet getaway.

No towel rail or hooks in the bathroom and could do with some drawers in the room.

The bell downstairs got on my nerves as I could hear it in my room! I’m in my sixties and found the rooms a little bit dated.

Walls are too thin. We could hear every word of the TV in the room next door and they left it on until 4am! Our room wasn't ready until 4pm even though check in was from 2pm and we didn't arrive until after 3pm.

Friendly, helpful staff. Nice beer garden. Good location, quiet and near the sea front.

In all honesty, not much, it would be minor maintenance things like tightening up the toilet seat and flusher consider the position of the room (e.g. maybe consider different curtains if there's a lot of sun in the room and you are trying to get an early night)

The only downside for us was lack of a lift as we are both nearing eighty but we should have checked for this when booking and I a member of staff would have carried our case up for us if we had asked.

The breakfast was excellent and the location was good. We could not park in the arpark overnight but lots of parking available in road outside.

The only thing I could fault was there was a party being hosted downstairs on our second night, and the music was very loud in our room, as we were situated directly above it. We were notified about it upon our arrival, but perhaps next time they could have given us a heads up upon booking, as we would have found alternative accommodation. *only constructive criticism Besides that....... Lovely clean room, comfy bed, lovely fresh bedding, FANTASTIC Scottish Breakfast, central location, and friendly welcoming staff. Recommend.

No issues for me.

I liked my single bedroom and the bed was very comfortable. I had a good cooked breakfast in preparation for day's cycling. I was able to store my bike overnight safely and undercover.

Some bits of furniture and decor were starting to age/wear but everything was kept clean and tidy.

Hotel staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Beds were big and really comfortable. Large windows equipped with blackout blinds and curtains kept bedroom dark 👍🏼
