The room was not spacious. We would have preferred to have had a bathroom to ourselves.

I was surprised by the help-yourself breakfast; I wasn’t aware of it and had never met it before in this way. In some ways the casualness was positive. Our host , Stephen, was most friendly and welcoming.

Nothing it was all there but only staying a couple of nights and I was local but people coming from afar this would be perfect stay as only a few minutes walk into Chichester where you would find lots to do

Breakfast was cereal a lot of variety yogurt and fruit if you wanted it tea and coffee when ever you fancied it on and the best part was having a bath after a day at work very quiet would use again thankyou

The roads in Chichester are very busy (though you can't hear them from the room) - far nicer to walk some of the way into town aong the canal. The walk out to the lovely inlet across the fields also requires walking along the side of some surprisingly busy roads.

It was an easy walk from Chichester station. Very convenient with facilities which were good for the price paid. Stephen was very friendly.

The breakfast was do it yourself in a kitchenette shared with another room; unexpected but a nice relaxing way to start the day with plenty of choice. The location was excellent in regard to proximity to the town. The weather let us down so we opted to drive in and pay for parking otherwise it would have been nice to walk as there is local on street parking, permits required in some places.

The house smelled extremely strongly of their fish supper, so much so that the bed sheets smelt of it.

very good choice of cereal and lovely to have fruit good to be on a bus route if necessary but location for me on a very busy road very poor as I like to walk and apart from the canal I could not find an alternative quiet route suiting a suitcase.

Felt like we had gone back in time to the 70’s. Property would be really enhanced with a make-over but the price was fair for the offer.

There is no running water in the kitchen where you make breakfast or the rooms which could be tricky. But they do make sure there is water available in large jugs so you can make plenty of tea,coffee etc I was happy not to have a cooked breakfast and there is a microwave to heat things up in.

The location was near enough Chichester to walk as long as you are reasonably able. The house has lots of interesting things to look at. The bed was very comfortable. We were shown where everything is as soon as we arrived. There are lots of different cereals to choose from for breakfast as well as much toast as you could eat.
