I couldnt really get the hang of the TV

clean, modern room with modern shower-room and toiletries. Small but had everything- kettle with tea/coffee, milk, biscuits, recommendations for nearby cafes for meals. Easy access with keypad code. I didnt arrive till late- but the owner called me to check I was OK(I was making the trip to sit with an elderly relative at the nearby hospital)

Nothing, it was all excellent

Firstly, the communication with the very lovely owner was amazing! which made my stay feel personalised and a refreshing change from bigger hotels. Secondly, the check in was seamless, where upon I found a gorgeously tasteful hotel within a stones throw from the sea front. Lastly, I booked the suite and was pleasantly surprised as to how spacious it was, with lush bedding and lovely decor. An absolute bargain! In finality, this is definitely a hidden gem and I would thoroughly recommend anyone looking at high standards for reasonable prices.

Very nice room located only 10min walk from the beach. Also, very close to a lot of nice restaurants. It was ideal for me as I could only arrive in the middle of the night but was still able to check-in and get to my room just fine. In the room there is: very comfy double bed, kettle, tea cup, tea bags, coffee packs, sugar and small packs of milk. With obviously towels, shampoo and shower gel provided. I would 100% recommend it.

Being woken at 5 a.m. by the gulls! (A hazard throughout Brighton though). Some might find the steep narrow stairs an issue, especially if on the 3rd or 4th floor.

Good location between the Hospital & Central Brighton. A small room but fine for one person. Flexible check-in using keypad. Same for room, so no keys to lose. A kettle, good selection of teas & coffee, milk capsules (incl. Soya Milk).

Loved the White House, great location, very clean & comfortable. Good facilities, comfortable bed and a lovely balcony to sit out on in the evening. Couldn’t have been any better.

Window was broken but luckily was too small for anyone to climb in. Room 1 which is right near the entrance but noise wasn’t an issue.

Only minor annoyance was the lack of a proper full length mirror. For some bizarre reason the one on the inside of the wardrobe door had been attached too low to be of any use - one could only see ones bottom half in it.

There was a water noise from what I believe pipes just outside the bathroom window which were broken/overflowing(?) I think every time someone used toilet above it sounded like someone threw a bucket of water by the window. Chairs outside needed a wipe.

Bed was comfortable, everything was clean, tea/coffee and biscuits, easy access, WiFi, few meters off the beach, compact room but nothing else needed for out stay, table and chairs outside. We were in and out and in a bit of a rush so didn't take any pictures. Nice modern simple decor.

my room (single at the top floor) was completely lacking of any sort of power sockets. Luckily it was not a problem for me as I only stayed one night had full batteries on my devices and a full power bank to charge my phone. It would have been a disaster when I normally travel for work as I need to charge many devices, camera batteries, laptop etc overnight. I understand this might be a safety issue due to the presence of the shower and sink in the room, but it would be nice to provide at least low voltage USB charging ports... Also specify this upon booking, rather than finding that out at night while looking everywhere (even under the bed) while trying to charge my phone...

The room was nicely decorated and comfortable. Very quiet for a mid week stay. We even had a little fridge in the wardrobe! Very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had a room with a small balcony and it was perfect to sit on in the evening, only room for 2 people. We would stay again 👍😊
