The double shower was lovely and huge, the only thing I would improve on is something to stop the water from the shower making the bathroom floor so wet, but it wouldn't be a deal breaker, and maybe somewhere to put the towel to help them dry as the bathroom radiator isn't big enough for the 2 large towels.

The property is in an excellent location, right in the centre of Bowness. Parking in the Rayrigg car park is a 1 minute walk away. I would recommend parking in the top section of the car park to the left as you drive in, where there is a little cut to walk through into the lane and down the hill where the accommodation is on your right. I would also recommend paying on the App for parking and then putting in however many hours you need, as this is cheaper than paying for full 24 hour blocks. The accommodation was excellent, extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable and huge. Nice little touches of cotton pads etc. on the dressing table, a bottle of water left in the fridge, and soft music playing in the room from the radio as we arrived. There was a proper hairdryer (not one of those bathroom ones), an iron and a small ironing board. I can't fault it, would highly recommend and would definitely be my first choice to stay again. We loved it.

I might have missed it with the welcome messages but the door entry I didn’t realise you needed to press the keypad for the numbers to appear, being nit picky though.. it’s a great place

Some noise at night because of location so near to 3 pubs.. settled down after 11pm. Steep stairs to room. Parking £9.80 for 12 hours had to return 11pm to get another ticket! (No 24hrs option)

Nothing I didn't like, It was all really nice... if I had to pick something I'd say definitely needs one of those boot/shoe trays so the carpets don't get ruined, the lakes isn't exactly always dry so it'd be good to have somewhere to put wet or potentially muddy shoes. I would probably hesitate to stay here on a weekend in peak season, the Easy Breeze bar could potentially get a bit noisy (but I'm not sure) If you're wanting a quiet weekend away from the hustle and bustle then this might not be the place for you, but if you do want to be close to everything in bowness and don't mind a bit of atmospheric ambience from the outside world then you'll love it. It's not right on the main street, it's just behind it in a really nice location about 1 minute walk from the main bowness carpark and about a 2 minute walk to Costa/little Tesco/ fish & chip shop/ bakery etc. We didn't have any problems at all though, it was relatively quiet. We came mid week out of peak times and we loved our stay.

The room was really comfortable and relaxing, the decor was lovely (I really want to know what the paint colour was so I can use it in my own bedroom 😅) The bed was really comfy and the shower was amazing, legit could have stood in that shower for hours! The whole room felt really clean too. It was nice to have a little fridge in the room to keep drinks cool, and I really appreciated the little packs of gluten free vegan biscuits. I know not everyone likes the self check in thing but we really like it, the awkward introverted millennial in me much prefers to be left to my own devices than to be in a b&b or a hotel where I might have to interact with other humans. We'd definitely stay in this room again, probably the most comfortable overnight stays I've had. Also the lighting in the room was VERY neurospicy friendly, literally the most soothing lighting ever! Really enjoyed it, we'll definitely be back.

Parking away from the property £21 extra cost in parking fees as could only pay for 3 days & not 24 hours , busy car park got the last space! . Noise from local bar interrupted sleeping a little . Thought the copper bath could be cleaner as scum mark on bath , however probably hard to clean material . Nice touches of fresh orange juice and fresh flowers could be added. Quite a late check in 3 pm & the 10am check out was too early 11 am would be more acceptable . Ok value for money weekdays but expensive at weekends. Overall a very nice stay, beds were comfortable & clean, room was large enough with stylish interiors.

Paper thin walls. Could hear every conversation another guest was having. Also his alarm on his phone going off at 6am. Was Almost like he was in the room with us

We felt that for the price we hoped for a clean. We ran out of tea & coffee and felt the towels needed changing after 3 days.

Only downside was that noise carried a lot. It wasn’t even that everyone was being super loud, it’s just that every noise that there was could be heard. I’d still recommend overall, just bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

Great location. Easy to check in, lots of info provided. Rooms were clean and nice. Bathroom was exceptional - hot, hot water and lots of it, great pressure, separate tub and shower (in our room anyway). Recommend it for the bathroom alone!

Just a bit pricey for 1 night.

We stayed in room 1 for my partner's birthday, very easy self check in, beautiful room, comfortable bed, the spa bath was a bonus :) Perfect location! Would definitely stay again.
