The wheatsheaf was very nice, the pub was excellent, with very good food, the area is very rural but has easy access to sheringham Park an easy walk, the lanes are easy to get you around the area.

Although our room (Sienna) was fine, the en suite was simply too small and, for any larger or even slightly physically challenged individual, washing in such a tiny hand basin with a glass shelf above is nigh on impossible. Squeezing in and out of the shower between the folded shower door and the sink was a performance and, with a large step down, exiting the shower when wet didn't feel particularly safe. We'd stay again if other rooms have better bathroom facilities but wouldn't consider revisiting if offered this room.

Tranquil location and very helpful staff. Good breakfast with food cooked to order. Seems a friendly village.

If we had to dig deep and think of a positive improvement, maybe some fresh fruit at breakfast would have been nice but as B&Bs go, this was a great experience and we would definitely consider coming back here!

We stayed in the Crimson room. The room was beautifully decorated and spacious with a lovely garden view. The cooked breakfast was absolutely delicious. We especially loved the homemade blueberry compote! The staff were very friendly and nice. It was a cosy and memorable stay and we loved that they are a dog friendly place! Also enjoyed the comfort of the pub with good food right there and we didn't have to travel far to get back to the room! All in all, a great stay and would definitely recommend to others!

Bit cold in room on first night but think they'd forgotten to turn our radiator on! No problem as we found a portable fan heater in the wardrobe. Noisy talking guests at 6am second morning.

Breakfast was excellent especially the homemade sausages. The late check-in availability was helpful due to the distance we had to travel. Friendly & chatty hosts

Would have liked better positioning of the lights in the room and better bedside lights for reading by. The bathroom sink is tiny so it's difficult to fill kettle/ water bottle.

We all found the pillows rather hard and uncomfortable.

Had a nice two night stay, clean room, decent hairdryer and iron in the room. Breakfast was freshly cooked, with plenty of choice of quality locally produced hot food. Home made bread, good choice of cereals, yogurt, fruit, croissants.

No lounge or comfortable chairs for residents to sit once the bar closes at 10.30pm approx, or to sit in after breakfast. "Sticky" floor in the breakfast room! It was clean, just sticky.

We stayed for two nights, attending a wedding a few miles away. Dinner on the first night was excellent (venison pie and fish and chips delicious) Live acoustic guitarist was exceptional and other friends also staying there booked him on the spot for an anniversary party! Limited by good selection of wines, large selection of gins. Breakfast was plentiful, with a good choice of cereals, compote and yogurt, croissants and home made bread and jam/marmalade. Excellent choice of hot food to order, full English to poached eggs with Hollandaise and bacon/smoked salmon. Nero room quite small, Marine room quite large, both very comfortable.

Single glazing meant lots of condensation; a sticky floor in the breakfast room.

Very comfy bed; lots of hot water; lovely fluffy towels; homemade bread; delicious croissants; perfect location, close to lots of places to visit; friendly staff; and the very best bit was the classical guitarist who played live on Friday evening in the bar.
