Frontage required some TLC. There was alot of clutter at reception and hall ways to room, vacuum, spare folding bed etc

Friendly welcome, was shown to room, provided all codes, keys. Quick easy process. The room was of good standard with a gorgeous view. Very comfortable bed and facilities.

The bell from tower opposite the Warf rang hourly and through the night. You could hear it. In the bathroom we could have done with shelves for our items and needed hangers to put clothes when showering. Windows locked. You couldn't open them. No telly first night as the owner couldn't get it to work. Was told it would be sorted next day. But we had to remind the owner as it wasn't done after we returned from the day out. He then came and fixed it. Very small shower unit.

Lovely location. Nice room and comfortable bed. Nice to have little kitchen bit, fridge, microwave and toaster. So we could have do our own breakfast etc. Left alone to enjoy our time. Contact owner by mobile if any probs. Leave key in door when leaving, so easy when leaving. Stayed 3 nights.

Room was looking a bit tired, and needed a bit of tlc. TV wasn't working. The stairs were very steep.

Host was friendly and welcoming. Beds were comfortable. Excellent position for seeing the town. Close to shops, funfair. Good selection of toiletries in the room.

The Wharf is set in a peaceful part of Stourpourt, with tranquil views of the canal and river. We stayed for a wedding party and the room was decorated to a high standard, with all necessities and even added extras. It's was clean and felt very homley. The staff were all very friendly and the manager was very accommodating. Brilliant night, would definitely visit again. Thank you

Nothing. It genuinely was lovely. There was a fan to help with the heat. Beautiful dorma window in my room and plenty of cool in the kids and daddy's room. The host I met was lovely and super helpful.

Rooms were beautiful and spacious with great views. The facilities were great with complimentary toiletries, tea, and coffee. Probably had the best night sleep I have had in 12 months. Perfect. Will definitely return

Great peaceful location and fantastic size rooms. The facilities were first class - everything you need in the kitchen, extras for the bathroom, milk and water provided and a great power shower with plenty of hot water!

Lovely view from the room and very comfortable. Nanette was very welcoming and gave lots of information. Great walks to Bewdley and Kidderminster. Enjoyed lovely meals in Wall 2 Wall and the Black Star. Lovely breakfast in the Windlass Cafe.

I loved this room at the top of an old wharf building. Has microwave, fridge, kettle etc, so would be perfectly possible to be self sufficient. Very helpful at letting me bring my bike inside
