To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Staff were ridiculously welcoming and felt respected as soon as I walked through the first set of doors. The hotel looked like it gets cleaned every two hours which is really nice and the interior is great.

The decoration is beautiful. The hotel is immaculately clean. The breakfast is lovely, excellent and vast choice on offer. The chef is happy to cook you an omelette and prepare your toast and staff are so friendly…. Oh and the beds are to die for!!! Best night sleep I’ve ever had in London. I really love the fact that family rooms include two extremely comfortable beds and don’t stick the children on a sofa bed.

Complimentary drinks were given at reception, a Valentine’s Day chocolate board and all needs were accommodated.

HungaryBeautiful hotel with an amazing lobby with view on the Thames, super-stylish design, lovely rooms. The breakfast was just amazing in a restaurant floating above a busy city street. The staff was extremely helpful and solved all our problems within a literally a few seconds. The location is close to sights. And just loved the perfume in the lobby. Overall it felt like a beautiful and safe harbour away from home.

We opted for breakfast to be included with stay.First couple of days it was great, but on 3rd day they started charging us extra for waffles and pancakes. We were paying 20£ per head for breakfast already! Not happy about this.
The hotel is new so every thing here is very modern and stylish. Mansion house underground being just a 2 min walk was extremely convenient.

United KingdomAlthough the staff were perfectly friendly at breakfast they seemed to be more focused on clearing and setting up tables than looking after guests. The general atmosphere appeared to be quite manic even though there were only about 20 guests present and we were left with plates that we had finished with for a long time.
A very comfortable hotel with great modern facilities. The food in the bar and restaurant was delicious and the staff in general that we came in to contact with were exceptionally friendly and professional. Some nice touches like Hot Chocolate and Prosecco on arrival.

The room was amazing and the team were so friendly and attentive I had planned a surprise prior to booking the hotel and I reached out to the relevant person whom was Andrea and a few other people from guest relations and there responses were very speedy and upon arrival, Dennis from the front desk was of such great help as well as Hazel and the size of the room and what it consisted of was impeccable!
