Air conditioning in our was noisy and kept waking us up during the night.

Room was very modern and tastefully decorated. Hotel bar was decorated to a high standard and nice atmosphere.

The only downside to the property is that there is no private parking. The multi-story next door is very tight for 4x4's and the parking across from this which in street level fills up quickly.

We were upgraded to a penthouse suite which was a spacious lovely room over 2 levels. It was tastefully furnished with a great shower and comfy bed. Would highly recommend this room. Easy walking distance to Harrogate town centre and all its attractions. Great vibe in the outside bar but it closed early enough to not disturb your sleep

Looked a little bit tired in places for what we paid (mainly just carpets need replacing in the upper floors and room - everything else was very smart). Breakfast seemed a bit steep (but we just went somewhere else local, plenty of options).

Staff were very friendly. We had brought bikes with us, they let us take them up to the room and store them with no issues at all. Room had everything we needed, bed was very comfortable. Location was very good - right in the middle of Harrogate and opposite the stray. Multi-story car park is next door and easy to use (not too expensive around £7 per 24 hours).

Room looked out at the concrete wall of the car park, so no view. Breakfast price was very high so not taken - but easy enough to find nice cafes outside who offer breakfast.

The hotel has no car park but located next to an NCP park. Very good room and facilities, large bathroom. Quiet room too. Nice decor in the hotel and excellent restaurant. Good location, about 15min walk to centre of town.

The room was nice, and as expected from the description, but the view was poor from our particular room. Perhaps any guests to the hotel should get a discount code to use the NCP car park next door?

Location was excellent, a short stroll to the centre. Car parking located next door was convenient and easy to access. Check in was really easy and we were greeted by name when we arrived. I also received a call a few days prior to our stay confirming our arrival and asking if we had any special requests.

Could do with instructions on how to use the air con and the heating as was cold when we arrived and struggled to find a happy medium.

Very nice room and bathroom. Received a room upgrade. Ate in the restaurant and food was very nice. Staff were friendly. Whole place was very clean and parking was very convenient next door. Able to walk into Harrogate and enjoy our time there without having to drive around and find parking.

The access was via 3 flight of very steep outdoor stairs (concrete and then metal) which is not really dog friendly and not for everyone either. This needs to be communicated properly and it was not. This is the only reason we didn't mark it as pure 10

A wonderful hotel with exceptional quality and comfortable accommodation. We were upgraded to a suite complementary (it was a birthday surprise for my husband) which was wonderful. Great location and car park was literally next door in the multi storey (£7.50 for 24 hrs).

Part of the Provenance group of establishments. I was contacted by the hotel prior to our visit to see about a free upgrade! Apparently we had paid so much more with Booking.com that they wanted to afford us an upgrade and include breakfast in what we had paid!! Absolutely excellent business practises and honesty from the hotel team. The staff were all very friendly. The meal we had in the evening was excellent as was the breakfast!! Cannot fault the hotel in anyway… and would definitely stay there again! Wouldn’t ever use Booking.com again… shame on them!!

Needs a full length mirror in the rooms and less clutter in the wardrobes so you can actually use them.

Stayed in the newly furnished apartment; excellent accommodation with super comfy beds & bedding, a great little kitchen and lovely lounge. Warm, exceptionally clean with a great multi storey car park just around the corner. Quick & easy walk to bars & restaurants.
