Noise from extractor in bathroom and the night light stayed on all night. Also the window didn’t lock.

The room was a little on the small side and next to a lift. This was not an issue and and the lift wasn’t used as often as expected and certainly didn’t cause us an issue, but it was a consideration when we checked in.

Excellent location, well appointed and all staff were very pleasant and welcoming.

We didn't realise there was a separate entrance(round the corner and thru an alleyway) so entered through the bar area. It was very crowded and noisy and when we were directed to reception that area was also very busy and noisy as there was a function in the room adjoining reception. This created a rather chaotic start to our stay. For the cost of the accommodation and the 4 star rating i assume they are attracting, i found the reception area rather disappointing.

Good location, overlooking beautiful fields. Lovely decor in room...we were kindly upgraded to a suite which was spacious and much appreciated. Lovely fluffy towels and robes and slippers provided. Fabulous hot shower area. Breakfast was served to order, with a good choice of hot and cold food. Nice terrace outside if the sun shines.

Was a little disappointed that we had loose messy wires under the TV and the TV itself was glitchy which was a shame. I wasn’t keen of the blue colour of the bedrooms walls.

Beautiful bar and restaurant area. The bath was so deep and the bed was very big and comfortable! I loved the little extras in the room such as the toiletries, coffee machine, dressing gown and slippers.

Air conditioning in our was noisy and kept waking us up during the night.

Room was very modern and tastefully decorated. Hotel bar was decorated to a high standard and nice atmosphere.

The only downside to the property is that there is no private parking. The multi-story next door is very tight for 4x4's and the parking across from this which in street level fills up quickly.

We were upgraded to a penthouse suite which was a spacious lovely room over 2 levels. It was tastefully furnished with a great shower and comfy bed. Would highly recommend this room. Easy walking distance to Harrogate town centre and all its attractions. Great vibe in the outside bar but it closed early enough to not disturb your sleep

Looked a little bit tired in places for what we paid (mainly just carpets need replacing in the upper floors and room - everything else was very smart). Breakfast seemed a bit steep (but we just went somewhere else local, plenty of options).

Staff were very friendly. We had brought bikes with us, they let us take them up to the room and store them with no issues at all. Room had everything we needed, bed was very comfortable. Location was very good - right in the middle of Harrogate and opposite the stray. Multi-story car park is next door and easy to use (not too expensive around £7 per 24 hours).

Room looked out at the concrete wall of the car park, so no view. Breakfast price was very high so not taken - but easy enough to find nice cafes outside who offer breakfast.

The hotel has no car park but located next to an NCP park. Very good room and facilities, large bathroom. Quiet room too. Nice decor in the hotel and excellent restaurant. Good location, about 15min walk to centre of town.
