Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Had the option to have breakfast. Parking is at the rear of the hotel. The owners are very nice and helpful. We will be coming back!

Lovely friendly hosts. Great location. Good value and great breakfast. Room small but had everything we needed and nice decor, everything was very clean and well maintained. It is clear the owners are passionate about what they do and nothing is too much trouble. We were made to feel very welcome which was really appreciated. A hidden gem in a very competitive area!

United KingdomOn site parking is a tight squeeze, but thankfully there is parking just down the road.
The room was very clean and tidy. The location is perfect and the owners were spot on. We stayed to celebrate my son’s 6th birthday and upon entering our room he was greeted with a ballon, a card and some chocolate! Treats we weren’t expecting and ones that made his day even more special. Breakfast was perfect too.

Lovely family run b&b and even parked my car for me.... yes they even provide parking. We liked our stay so much we will be booking again and have highly recommended it to friends and family. United KingdomDon't really want to criticise cos we had such a lovely stay but I'd say the only thing missing from our room was a full length mirror but it was OK cos my mum had one in her room so I just nipped in there and checked I looked OK.
Booked 2 double rooms for 2 nights, great location, 2 min walk to promenade. Rooms were clean with very comfy beds. Free parking which is always a bonus. Breakfast was lovely with a great selection. Hosts were friendly and very welcoming, if we needed anything we only had to ask. Excellent value for money. We really enjoyed our stay, so thank you both so much. We'll definitely come back again. xx
