We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

We loved the size of the room, how friendly and helpful the staff were giving loads of great advice and information. Always someone there to help even when we checked in very late. The location of the hotel is fantastic you won’t get better in Lynton!

The building and view from the lounge was amazing. Breakfast was good. Very friendly staff, played nice music in the lounge.

United KingdomCar Park Problems. &" additional costs". Car Park .Only a few spaces. We had paid an extra £12 for 2 days allocated car parking space. We returned from a trip out & all were occupied! Offender could not be found by staff . Eventually, on our own initiative, we squashed into the dustbin area (ugh)! Reception Staff Sympathetic ,but No refund! or gratuities offered.! Our Space was still occupied next day when we checked out! Breakfast was also at an extra cost of £10 per person . Room allocated were 3rd floor . Darker & older furnishings than the standard rooms shown on booking dot.com website.which were more modern & lighter!.(on query ,we were then offered one of those ,... available at an upgrade at additional cost ...so we declined.
Liked the Foyer .Decor was super . Liked the views from hotel & the entrance. Liked the Breakfast .Self Service hot/ cod buffet (but at extra cost of £10 pp ). Liked the Cleanliness which was exceptional throughout hotel. All Staff were friendly & quiet obliging. Shower was good .

United KingdomRoom was basic, it appears it’s in the process of being renovated with some areas having been completed. There was no shampoo or soap in the dispensers in the bathroom.
Location fantastic. Staff really welcoming and couldn’t do enough. Views spectacular. Food was delicious. They were really accommodating about very late arrival. Dog friendly and water left out in main reception. Clean with lovely gardens. Well worth the money.
