We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThere was a wedding on at the time of our stay and even though the staff placed us into a 'quiet room' we could still hear the boom boom of the disco that went on 'til midnight.
I am a vegetarian and the breakfast was lovely. The evening meal was also very good but I dont always enjoy vegan food so the starter of beetroot terrine was not to my taste.

Beautiful hotel and grounds. Ideal for a getaway and if you enjoy walking as lots on the doorstep. Staff really friendly and welcoming. Restaurant quality was also excellent. Room was immaculate and all the fixtures and fittings were top notch. Comfortable bed and room overlooked an outdoor balcony so nice to be able to leave the room.
