Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

We were offered a cup tea the moment we got there, which was nice. Everything was just how we wanted it. The breakfasts were great, we had cereal, orange juice and a full breakfast and were well catered for. The breakfast area was lovely and cosy and we could have as much toast as we wanted. The area was quiet but close enough to the town to walk in (5 minutes) and the off road parking was nice to have. It was just what we were looking for, in a weekend away and if we come back to skegness we will defiantly use again 5* :-)

United KingdomDifficult to find fault but maybe a rubber mat in the shower as it was really slippery when wet.
Car parking on site is a bonus. Received a warm welcome and offered a cup of tea as we checked in which was nice. Our room was immaculate with everything you'd need ie, coffee tray, kettle,ironing board, hairdryer etc. Room was modern and shower room absolutely spotless. Only a short walk into town or the sea front so location is good.

Rooms very clean and tea coffee and biscuits refilled daily. Hosts Alan and Cath were very welcoming and looked after us, nothing was too much trouble even my gluten free diet which was catered for at breakfast each day. Breakfast was wonderful with fruit juice cereal and full English on offer every day. Location excellent and close to the centre and sea front.

Loved the fact Alan an Cathy was so friendly, and accommodating... and it felt like home from home.. Alan cooks a great breakfast...room was lovely an clean. We had a ceiling fan and windows that open..weather was very warm the 2 nights we stayed. We had everything we needed...sweets are a lovely touch. Shower was powerful and decoration was very sparkly. Out side a table and four chairs. Nice to sit on when having a vape. Also parking spaces for the car. Loved it.

Location close to the main town showing and attractions was brilliant. Breakfasts are fantastic. Parking is ok - a bit tight getting in and out of the car but I have a slightly bigger car. Alan and Kathy are really great hosts and care for their guests.
