Rooms and bathroom were just a tad small. Would have been perfect for a person traveling alone. Not sure if there are larger rooms. If so, that may be an option next time.

Did not have the breakfast, but the location was absolutely perfect for what we had planned. Minutes away from the train station was also extremely helpful!!

The the train line is quite close and we had some noise from Underground trains.

Excellent location quite close to the city center and many options of public trasnportation to reach anyplace you need. Rooms are quite comfy and very clean. The breakfast is also good. Friently personel and very helpful.

After reading a lot of comments here I got a bit worried about my stay. But it was to the contrary. I had a great stay. Staff was nice, room was clean and big for one person. Breakfast was really good and easily better then most london guesthouses have to offer. The hotel in itself was a little maze but you can figure it out pretty quickly. I really recommend staying here. Thanks for the pleasant surprise.

Small room. One side of the bed against the wall, so get up in night means climbing over the other person. Totally minute bathroom, wave wanger touched front to back wall, side to side easy to touch both. Obese people no hope at all. Price totally outrageous but, to be fair, everywhere was well high on this date (not sure why).

That it wont received UBER EATS orders in the reception so you end up going downstairs to receive them yourself, most other hotels allow UBER EATS receipt in their reception and then you just come and get them at your convenience on a bit later time.

ITS LOCATION DEFINITELY. Its close proximity to the Earl Court Tube station makes it the best, alot of food options in the area, grocery stores.

My room was placed close to the reception area and the sound of people taking was very disturbing Some textiles on the flor and walls might help. My friends that I was travelling with were on the third flor and found their room to be very quiet.

A nice hotel close to the railway station. The breakfast was simple, but good - I didn't miss anything.

Room was rather small and we needed to ask a couple of times for extra teabags/milk - though these were readily provided by Reception. Breakfast was rather crowded on Griday morning though staff did find us somewhere to sit

The hotel was in an excellent location in terms of access to Earls Court underground station, nearby shops and restaurants in a very pleasant area on a quiet street. Breakfast was simple but good and staff helpful and friendly. Our room was scrupulously clean with comfortable beds and aircon and a good powerful shower

Breakfast - no seats when we got there. Breakfast was cleared awar completely by 9.40am, it states it finishes 10am, that was very disappointing, and misleading.

A disappointment, was that the bed was too short for me and I´m only 175cm tall! My feet was most of the time off the bed which made it uncomfortable. I found the breakfast room very small and it was often very crowded because of it´s size.

I really liked the location, since it´s central enough to only be 15-20 mins away from several of the most popular sites by Underground. I also liked the quiet and nice street and area in which the hotel is located. I also liked the breakfast - though simple - it was more than good enough concidering the price.

as mentioned in the likes the size of the room really was 'single'! It was a little tight, no bedside table (basically nowhere to put my phone and glasses (first world problems!!)) and no chair (again 1st world probs!)

I was just looking for somewhere dry to lie down for one night so booked a single room. The room was very small - not even room for a bedside table - but it fit the bill and was exactly what I required, ie somewhere to crash! Based on me being in the basement it meant I only had to take 5 steps to the breakfast room. The breakfast itself was continental but unlimited visits to the pastries! The shower was great - choice of rainfall or normal.
