Location was great, we were there for the races so ideal for us. Pricier than usual but getting the family room made it better value.

The was nothing we didn’t like we enjoyed all of it.

The staff here are friendly and accommodating. We have stayed here many times and the room we were in this time was lovely. The bed was super comfortable and the room had all the facilities that we wanted and more as well as being very clean. The property is also in a good location right in the city centre so it is easy to get to places in Chester.

The pic of the room with 3 single beds was a lot bigger than the one we got. Got very hot with 3 of us in a small space. Cost a lot but price was the same every where else across Chester thanks to the races

The breakfast was superb. The buffet had plenty on offer. The service was with a smile. When I return to Chester, I will book to stay at the Townhouse again.

Excellent location, near all amenities. Very clean and modern but with an old fashioned twist. Got to Chester and two of the rooms were ready , so we could leave our bags in there till they were ready at 3pm, we decided to have breakfast there in the indoor /outdoor garden, it was great, food excellent. THE STAFF were fantastic too, they could not do enough for you and so friendly 10/10 perfect xxxxxxxxxx

The room layout and overhead lighting. The bathroom was very cramped with no space around the sink to put pur toiletries. While there was space easy chairs there none. We had to sit on the bed.

Expectations were met as always and we equally enjoyed our stay as much as we did last time in March. The staff are always very friendly and happy to help and make conversation which is always lovely. The room was very clean and up kept well for the next night since we stayed two nights. The food is always lovely and breakfast times are quite flexible which is appreciated. Thank you Chester Townhouse, we will return again!

Staff were so helpful and nice. Very dog friendly. Lovely stay. Would definitely recommend. Breakfast was great. Very clean. Location is perfect to walk around Chester. Had no problems with the parking recommended - £10 with the 50% discount from the hotel. Beds were really comfy.

Booked 2 rooms for family of 4 with 2 teenage children. Friendly reception, rooms adjacent each other and both newly refurbished with all the essentials. Excellent location for Chester centre.. Enjoyed a drink in the bar and sat outside in the terrace area. Lovely breakfast. Had to park in nearby shopping centre carpark. Good price for 24hrs and 2 min walk. Fantastic stay, we all really enjoyed- would stay again.

we weren't made aware that the secret garden was being used for a party. When myself and wife asked the bartender if we could use it we were told that it was being used for a private party. I feel like we should have been made aware of this when booking in and also when we spoke to the receptionist the morning after they said that we should have been able to still go into the garden.

Perfect position, spotlessly clean, perfect breakfast and the most amazing friendly and helpful staff, my friend had a sore throat and the owner bought us both hot honey and fresh lemon and even bought her a pot of lemon & ginger tea ,so kind and thoughtful
