We were allocated a very small room that had a bathroom with a repugnant smell. Advising the receptionist, we were pleased to be allocated another room. Ensure you don't get Room 211.

In Belgravia, a nice area to stay in. Close to eateries, pubs, Victoria station, shopping centre, bus routes.

There was a persistent irritating buzzing noise coming from the basement which the staff investigated but couldn’t resolve or mitigate. Apparently a fault with the air conditioning unit so it will get fixed eventually.

Quiet location close to Victoria so handy for everything. Extensive choice at breakfast. Staff all friendly and helpful.

The hotel rooms are very small and in our opinion, not well designed for travelers. We were two people with luggage and there was not one spot to put our suitcases without them being in the way. There was a tiny closet that held the water kettle, mugs, and an iron/ironing board with very little space for guests’ items. The bathroom was large, but again, no space to put down your toiletry bag. The lack of space became frustrating after one night, and we were there for four nights.

The hotel is like a “boutique” hotel, beautifully decorated, and in a very convenient location for tourists and sightseeing. The buffet breakfast was very nice and served by a friendly staff. The guestrooms are beautifully decorated with nice linens and high quality amenities.

The air conditioning/cooling system didn’t work well. The rooms were very warm and stuffy making it difficult to sleep at night. The staff did try to repair the system.

Didn't care for the below ground room. Was too warm with no air conditioning and couldn't open the window. The bathroom was multi leveled and not safe. No hair conditioner.

Liked the lobby decor. Breakfast choices available. The large soaking tub.

the bedroom was too small. There was not even room to put the luggage open. The bath was a little outdated but fine.

It was a great property with a staff that went out of their way for their guests. There was nothing to complain about.

The breakfast buffet was great. Remember the cost is 15 gbp per person.

The rooms are slightly small but still good. Slightly quirky layout with good use of space. May not be suitable for some with mobility issues. Not sure if all rooms are the same layout but we had split level between toilet and bedroom.

Fantastic location for visiting many of the most popular tourist attractions and parks. Well connected to other parts by public transport links. Nice quiet area in the evening which was good for strolling around. Well kept and low key hotel. Welcoming and efficient reception. Some good places to eat nearby. Overall this hotel offers a great balance between price and facilities, particularly taking into account the prime location.

Room was very tight for a double occupancy. Like most hotels it was also far too hot with no apparent abilty to reduce the temperature on the aircon.

The room was very small and there was no shelf/cupboard to to store our clothes (what we had it was full with radiator and other stuff).
