Quirky interior, excellent location

The smell of damp in the entrance/basement was a real shame as no one could sleep downstairs if needed and left our coats smelling damp. Once fixed I would defo come back. Also no glass wine glasses just plastic which seemed really odd as had so many glasses for everything else.

We loved everything about the property! Very comfortable and well equipped and designed beautifully. Information on the town was fantastic and the location is perfect: we had a wonderful stay.

The apartment has a wow factor when you enter and is different to many we have stayed at. Very roomy, relaxing with a fully kitted out kitchen. It is located in the town which made it easy to access all the shops, restaurants and of course pubs. Whilst there is no parking at the apartment there is plenty of parking places in and around the town.

it would have been better if i had been sent the code to the key box prior to arrival i had to make several phone calls to the booking operator in an area where the phone signal was poor and had to wait until i was contacted by the owner.

To make the stay even better, we would recommend house instructions for operating appliances, radiators (in the winter), and rubbish/recycling. It would also be great to have wine glasses (as opposed to plastic).

Lovely stay in the quaint village of Tetbury close to many Cotswold highlights. The home was clean, warm and welcoming and we loved the decor and facilities throughout. We look forward to recommending to friends and family.

The road is little noisy at night but this really wasn’t a problem for us- we loved being in the middle of town.

Beautiful and stylish house in the perfect location to explore Tetbury; thoughtful hosts sent great recommendations for restaurants etc. We had a fabulous short stay and the house was perfect for us.

Notting. Enjoyed every minuut of it.

Location was perfect. Not far from the Cotswolds and Bath. The place was very beautiful. Never stayed in a place like this. We will be back. Also near the shops. Ideal for a couple and 2 kids. There is a double in a bedroom and 2 singles beds in a bedroom. There is a fully equiped kitchen.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like about the property, it really suited us fine.

Brilliant location for us to get to Badminton horse trials & the house was beautiful. Loved all the décor & furniture. Very homely.

Really steep stairs that were hard to get suitcases up, whilst the house was beautiful it felt cluttered and was hard to find a free surface to place anything.

I cant fault this place as everything in the property to my knowledge was working fine and had all the conveniences you'd need. Parking is off the property, but is only a 1 minute walk across and costs less than £4 for 24 hours of parking.

This is an extremely thoughtful and convenient property with high quality décor. We treated it like it was our own home and made use of the chimney log fire. The owner has put some considerable thought into the hospitality and it has pulled off well. There are a host of local shops, cafes and restaurants, including access to an array of antique shops and a 20 minute drive to the Cotswold water park and reserve. Already planning the next trip!

Decor was very quaint and not to our taste. TV very difficult to work. Some lights not working.

Cooker doesn't work, contacted host and nothing back. Can only have a warm bath, house smelt of dust, big door loosein walkway in so carry belongings in with ease, house full of clutter, takes a while to warm it up. Looks a lot nicer in photos then in person.

Everywhere including the kitchen needs a good clean. We had to wash every pan and glass before using it. There appeared to have been a leak previously. There was a stain on the carpet and ceiling. Not really a problem to us except for the mould growing through the ceiling. I did bring this to the owners attention having had a bad night with my asthma but her response was quite flippant. A good host would apologise and rectify not imply that it isn't there. We have stayed in lovely accommodation in the area previously for half the price of The Surveyor's house. We won't be booking again.

Two single beds have very thin mattresses, springy bed. Shower a bit clogged - spraying everywhere. We never found the wifi code.

Great location amongst shops/restaurants of Tetbury. Quirky, impactful interior decor. Clean with a nice big bath. Double bed was very comfortable.
