Size and functioning of the shower room. However it is in and old and very quaint building so to be expected I guess . Absolutely fine for a few nights.

Breakfast was really good , lots of choice and actually brought to your room around 9am each morning. The location is brilliant , right in front of the sea. Richard , our host was just so friendly and helpful as was his son Andy . Having the terrace just outside was wonderful . Best thing .......a boat trip on the Suncatcher with New Quay Boat Trips . We saw so many dolphins , it was amazing , they were so active .

Shower is an eco shower so not the hottest/most powerful but still perfectly adequate.

Lovely owners/staff, brilliant location on the beach, excellent views from the balcony of dolphins in the bay, very clean, big and comfortable room, excellent, generous breakfast, really good value all round.

The suite was superb with leather settee and chair. Breakfast was brought to the room and was very substantial. The view from the outside sitting area was stunning.

Lack of parking proved very difficult for us as we arrived on a warm day when all the nearby carparks were full. 24 hour parking is £6.60 in beach car park but parking opposite is only available till midnight. We finally parked up the hill in the Central car park and left the car there till our departure. Street parking is strictly limited to 30/60 minutes. Access via stone steps to first floor may be difficult for some.

Proximity to sea with shared balcony seating. Breakfast trolley delivered to room with cooked breakfast fifteen minutes later if requested. Large lounge area with comfortable sofa and chair. Minibar with fresh milk for tea and coffee throughout the day. Pleasant staff.

Richard and Diane were perfect hosts. Room had amazing view, was very clean and had everything you needed and bed was so comfy. Breakfast was huge, tasty and loved being delivered to the room, though it’s 9 am so late for those setting out early. The balcony area for guests had comfy furniture, and amazing view to spot the dolphins and sea the sun rise.

Our one and only negative is that our room was at the rear and was described I believe as over looking a courtyard!! I don’t remember having a choice when we booked so it might have been the only option available. It was in fact a storage area which made the rooms extremely dark and personally I found it a little claustrophobic. The TV transmission is very unreliable as it’s a portable Ariel.

The family who run it were absolutely lovely. They were all very friendly and approachable. The breakfast is outstanding and the Location is stunning. The outdoor seating is fab and very comfortable overlooking the sea. We were lucky enough to see dolphins and a seal popping his head up.

Nothing could have improved our stay it was outstanding

We had a fabulous stay , couldn't fault anything. The breakfast was outstanding and the family were very welcoming and made us feel it was like home from home. The views were amazing, even saw dolphins from the balcony and our room. Exceptionally clean and comfortable
