United KingdomBedroom noise, we were in room 9, next to the bar and above the restaurant/club. There was an amount of noise in the evening, not horrendous, but very noticeable , up until about 1130pm on the Friday night. Less noise on the Saturday.
We booked an executive room, which was quite large, well furnished with a, huge, very comfortable bed. The bathroom was large and contained a super shower, although it had a high step to get into. The breakfast was extra and was ok for the price, however on the Sunday morning the cooked breakfast was from a buffet as opposed to freshly cooked the previous day. Great location, only about 10\15 walk minutes to get to furthest part of the town. Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

United KingdomON Saturday we had to wait 30 minutes as the staff were not ready, there was little choice, and the coffee was lukewarm had to be sent back. When there is a block booking of delegates for a conference breakfast needs to be on time especially when the conference starts at 9am.
The room was clean and comfortable but slightly cold. Breakfast on the Friday was good - buffet, but the weekend breakfasts were a disaster. Location of the hotel was ideal as one could walk to all parts of the town easily.

United KingdomThere was very little not to like, however a small pointer for housekeeping would be to check that soap dispensers work/pump out soap once refilled and shower heads turned down in order not to soak the floor/guest when turned on. I would have liked Wi-Fi, but not the end of the world!
The warmest of welcomes greeted me at The Studley Hotel. Very professional and helpful. The front desk creates the first impression and this experience was excellent.

United KingdomAlthough we had a kettle (and a little kitchenette.. very nice) there was no tea or coffee provided. This is most unusual for a hotel so we could not have a cup of tea in the morning without going out. They should provide a basic tray of tea, coffee, sugar etc. There was milk in the fridge.. not sure what that was for!
parking on site good however we have a hybrid car and although we plugged in it did not charge so to pay £12.00 was a bit much! apparently you have to download some app to use the charger which is ridiculous.
