The breakfast was fine for money paid but the lounge could be more encoring and comfortable for guests to have a drink and chat an go straight To their rooms

Great location on the sea front Lovely views across Morecambe Bay

Room was not serviced during our 4 night stay. If you wanted tea, milk etc you had to ask for it at reception. Fortunately we always bring our own with us. Bin was not emptied so we put the full bag out in the corridor. Parking is on the road outside the hotel but it is free and not a problem. Disabled parking seems to be free everywhere in the Morecambe area.

Spotless room with an amazing view on 2nd floor. lift not working when we arrived but luggage was brought up to room by staff. Room was a little bit small but made up for by the fact that you could sit on the bed and look out over the bay. Good breakfast served but could have done with a bit more variety in continental section.

For the price it was fine, decor is a little tired and dated but the view over the promenade cannot be underrated

It is a budget hotel, but the room was clean and the bathroom too and breakfast was very nice

Lift out of order. No hairdryer in room, although Idid not go and ask for one, so perhaps this could have been rectified. Breakfast area had tables - the majority of which needed clearing. 2 staff on busy discussing previous reviews by other customers. They did not explain how Breakfast worked, had to try to find our own table and then help ourself from the trays. Had to ask for tea and coffee, no milk brought. On asking for milk a member of staff went to a dirty table waiting to be cleaned and brought the small jug of milk from there to our table. They spent all of our time having breakfast chatting about how hard worked and understaffed they were , which whilst I sympathise with might have been better received if I saw them clearing tables and ensuring the customers had a pleasant breakfast service.

Comfortable room, appeared recently decorated. Great location. Good value for money for room.

Every time you flush the toilet or empty the bath tub it made a horrible loud noise which kept disturbing the baby sleep.

The ocean view from the room was amazing. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The bath in the family room was massive!

Shower was hot but not powerful, thin walls, could hear everything from room next door, main road, very noisy, no air con so window open was noisy, window closed was very warm.

The breakfast was good enough choice but cold.Served on cold plates didn't help. Staff very overrun and not enough experience in service at breakfast.

Shower is very tiny but for one night this isn't a hardship.

Nicky on reception is a great asset, not only doing reception but also the bar. Very jolly even at the end of a long shift.

The hotel is a little run down the staff are excellent the room was nice but the shower was extremely small the room was right next to boiler house and was loud for long periods of time the rooms on either side had dogs in rooms snd we where woken at 3 am to barking I’m an animal lover but would would have preferred to be told there where dogs in rooms either side and one other downside we had to plug kettle in on floor as it was only plug socket near door but didn’t reach for kettle on table but overall a nice stay

Great location with accessible parking across the road. Beautiful views ( if book room with sea view ) across to the lake district. Fairly quiet except for, what sounded like, a boiler going off every so often & a leaky bath tap. The lady on reception was very pleasant & welcoming.

Nothing,all good

Lovely room, comfy big bed,tv kettle and nice toiletries. Lady at check in desk was lovely and friendly, even asked us how our gig was from the previous night, just a small thing but appreciated. Will stay again
