We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Wonderfully clean, cosy and quiet. Felt like a home, not just a holiday cottage. Host's communication was excellent.

A really cosy little cottage that has been well thought out and considered. The log burner was very welcoming and the kitchen really well equipped. Great selection of games in the cupboard, very comfortable bed and an excellent shower! A great find to break our journey.

A nice cosy little cottage, the central heating and a small log burner kept the place nice and warm during a February cold snap. Good kitchen utensils etc. Nice welcome pack of biscuits and a bottle of red wine, nice double bedroom, adequate bathroom. Easy access, good contact with owner.

Many thanks for a superb stay at short notice! The cottage was better than the photos - everything is well thought out and I really liked the furniture, it really fitted in with the style of the cottage. The toiletries in the bathroom were an added bonus. All the rooms were good sizes and there was a comfy bed. There was good communication from the hosts. The walk suggested in the welcome pack was easy to follow and a good way to explore the area.
