We had a room facing the road and one night was very noisy through to about 3am. The next night was fine. I think that's part of the compromise for having a very centrally located property. If you are a light sleeper would certainly recommend you request a quiter room and check again when they allocate a room to you.

Great central location, very clean, tidy and well eqipped apartment, good communication with the hosts. We had requested the private onsite parking which was good to have access straight to the apartment. On arrival our space was not available but the hosts helped to sort this out.

We were let down by the lack of information regarding parking. We had a great deal of difficult finding the car park initially. It was only by the help of a friendly traffic warden that we found it. And our car spent part of our stay parked in an incorrect space, because we didn’t receive any info. We also found that we could have got parking in the same car park for a third less than we were charged by Whitefriars House. We were not given information regarding access to the property prior to 11am as promised and I had to contact the company. They told me that this information had been given to Booking.com some hours prior but this info wasn’t passed on to me. That was quite stressful because we had virtually arrived in Nottingham before we had any info. The key box in the lobby, where you collected your key to your accommodation, worked when it thought it would and it was only after three attempts that we managed to get our key. There was another couple there prior to our arrival, and they had the same problems accessing their key for their accommodation.

The property was absolutely spotless. The bed was reasonably comfortable. There were items there for breakfast which was good. It was spacious and it was in an ideal position for sightseeing. We didn’t need to use the car whilst we were there at all. The property was extremely quiet. There was no noise from other occupants and there was virtually no outside noise. A good choice.

Some noise from near-by bars but this is to be expected given the location. A TV in the bedroom (as well as the one in the lounge area) would be a nice extra.

Location couldn't be better! Right in the city centre - directly across from the airport bus and a very short walk to tram stop. Accommodation spotlessly clean and comfortable with great facilities. The washing machine / dryer is a great feature - meant I could travel with hand luggage only. A welcome pack with water, milk and cereal was a lovely touch.

We were on the 3rd floor and there is no lift so the stairs were a killer. The noise at night woke me a few times but it’s to be expected in a central city centre location. Didn’t really cause a big deal

The room amenities were amazing every member of the group was so impressed. The little touches such as milk in the fridge, and the tray of breakfast items were really nice. The location was great very central We will stay again

The apartments were spacious and comfortable, well laid out and perfect for us. Parking was secure and location is excellent for the city centre. Also the response time was superb when I had queries. Highly recommend

A couple of things for you to think big hallway but no coat hangers so would be good if added.also no hook to hang up bath towels so will be nice to make it the perfect apartment

Clean, neat, well stocked & equipped apartment. Added personal touches including some breakfast. Everything was provided for except for laundry pods (on account of possible allergies). Adequate cookware and utensils are provided. You have everything for a comfortable stay and the location is perfect to go around Nottingham.

It was incredibly warm in the apartment even with the windows open at all times and the fan on. Temperatures outside were only early 20s so seemed unusual to be so warm inside and impossible to cool down

It was extremely noisy on the street 24/7. Roadworks at 3am, street cleaning late night/ early into the morning, busses, trucks, sirens, etc. Unfortunately we couldn't close the windows as it was so hot at the moment, so the noise outside on the street might as well have been in the room.

Close to everything in the city and the airport bus stops right outside the door.

The only thing missing was air conditioning but a fan was supplied. Was not a requirement when booking and just unlucky with the exceptionally hot weather and being on the third floor with the stairs and the stairwell being very hot.

It was a bit warm in the apartment. Even when we had the windows open for a while, somehow, the warmth stayed in the apartment.

Confusing communication, including a "how was your stay" email 1 week BEFORE our stay. Also, it would have been good to know in advance that our apartment was on the third floor with no lift because we had a guest with limited mobility.
