The ambiance of the building and the key collection system and dropping off. Local shops round the building where you can buy one or two things.

Some small patches of wear and tear showing up, a couple of the pillow cases with some stains ground in - they were freshly washed. All minor issues

Second stay at Phoenix Court but different apartment. Nice touches of fresh milk, bottle water, cereals, as well as usual tea, coffee, hot chocolate, etc. There for work so a relaxing space to chill out is great and good shower

Fantastic new apartments, perfect location for me. Excellent pre arrival communications, spotless and well presented apartment. Nice to have fresh milk, biscuits and breakfast boxes provided.

I loved everything :)

Thank you for a perfect stay!! I never write reviews, but I had to for the Stay Company (Phoenix). I travelled with my 2 year old daughter to visit friends, and I felt at ease and relaxed and so happy to arrive in Nottingham, as soon as I walked through the door. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed! Very clean, ideal space for my toddler to run around, TV with all the Apps, lovely towels and bedding, quiet location with a bus stop and little shop just outside, car parking, and the easiest key collection via a lockbox. Perfect!! I didn’t want to leave, we had such a lovely stay - and the milk, water & breakfast bits were the cherry on the top! Thank you so much!

Lack of cleanliness in some areas e.g. skirting boards, edges of shower cubicle, stained pillowcase.

A very nice and modern apartment. The location is great, has good parking space and it is just a few steps to the bus station which takes you to the city center - couldn't be better.

Easy check in online and key collection, same when checking out. Spacious one bed apartment with all mod cons. Nice touch with breakfast and fresh milk supplied. Comfy living area and bedroom. Quiet residential area convenient for work at Nottingham Wildcats Arena.

I didn't like the noise of traffic as the apartment I was in was near a road.

I liked that it was very clean, comfortable and spacious. There was complimentary breakfast cereals, milk, cooking oil, biscuits and water.

We thought the location was closer to Nottingham centre than what it was, but we worked around it.

Extremely comfortable. Good value for money. Loved the complimentary items! The staff managed to sort any issues we had straight away. Highly recommend staying here!

Everything was lovely, no negatives.

It was easy to access and parking was good, lovely and clean. Plenty of facilities and nice touches that you don’t get in a hotel. Very quiet and comfortable stay. Location was excellent for us. Would definitely book again

Lovely ground floor flat in a quiet residential area. Very clean and tidy. It had all the essentials in the kitchen and bathroom. Complementary water and milk provided too.

Cleaning products would’ve been great, we had washing up liquid but nothing else so we couldn’t wipe the sides properly etc but that doesn’t take away from how lovely this apartment is!

Lovely place! A variety of cereals, tea and coffee was provided, also milk which was perfect. Bed super comfortable, living area was comfortable too. Heating could be turned off and on when needed which doesn’t always happen with places. The location isn’t too far from the city centre, Ubers were around £10-£13 and that was in the evening time. Plenty of parking spaces, and the apartment is in a lovely quiet area, we felt very safe there. Cooking facilities were great too. Can’t wait to stay again!
