To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomDont like how you have to go through the bar to get to reception as after a long travel i dont want to be met with a rowdy crowd but thats personal preference. The rooms are never clean throughly, very basic cleans and bed changes are done, other then that stained carpets, cobwebs, hairs in the bathrooms and marks on walls etc. Don't like how theres no discounted rate for longer stays, as ive booked elsewhere numerous times when I stay for long spats, as 50/60 quid a night is good for a couple nights, but i can get 10 nights for 300/400 quid elsewhere in comparison to their 500/600 quid.
The location is why i book the station inn on a regular basis, close to everything I need it to be and also has a car park thats free of charge. Price is decent dependent on the rate theyre offering at the time, set cost regardless of the size of room, so better value for the bigger groups.

Nice environment, very friendly staff, basic food menu & fairly priced (what more could you ask for) as was the drinks at the bar. Unfortunately no breakfast available because of the time of year (not the end of the world). Rooms were big enough for the 2 of us. Good location plenty of shops & takeaways around, train station 2 minute walk & only 7 mins on train to the city centre.

United KingdomCustomers of the pub arguing with each and staff not concerened or bothered, this put my employees on edge. Once customers who were arguing had left it turned into a pleasant place. Took £50 deposit for each room which were wasn't aware of as my employees had to pay as i said I wasn't aware that it needed to be paid as i would of paid this when booking.
Location was good. there was no breakfast option at this property. Great to have a drink later on and watch the football. Rooms are very clean and comfortable with everything that you need for a night away.
