Staff were brilliant and informative, and even no one is on-site during the night, you can still get in and out of the building with ease. Room was incredibly spacious, and so good for the price.

Excellent room, very comfortable bed, good shower, friendly staff, good breakfast. We phoned ahead because arriving much later than intended (after 11pm) and lovely staff member came back especially to let us in and was so friendly and helpful.

in the morning you could hear the adjoining rooms occupants but it wasn't too loud.

it was a lovely hotel that was great with us bringing along our small dog. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room itself was clean. The bed was very comfortable as well. Overall i have to say- great value for money!

I have been using this hotel for nearly four years, two or three times a year. I don't like the fact that it is more expensive to hire a room as a single person especially when breakfast is included. This doesn't make economic sense - including two breakfasts for less money! Pleas review this policy.

This is a very convenient locality for walking as significant routes can be reached directly from the hotel. The bedrooms are always comfortable and the staff friendly. The breakfast has a wide range and is very good.

The room we were in had an overpowering air freshener smell, along with the corridor leading to the room - like to the point of needing to turn off the air fresheners at the wall in order to get to sleep. Given how immaculately clean the room was I did wonder what smell was being masked?

The room was far too hot. We were also not told all the rooms were different so my parents ended up having a tiny room even though they paid for every one. They should have told us. There was a generator outside our window which we couldn’t have open as it smelt of steak and food, no fresh air whatsoever. The corner shower was also so tiny, especially in comparison to the big room. If that was the case, we should have been charged different for the two smaller rooms! The portions of food were also tiny for what you pay.

The location was great. Lots of free parking. Amazing staff. Location is ideal.

They ran out of waffle batter before I could order a waffle. Just kidding, it was all great.

I really enjoyed my stay and I dont think I could have found something better for the price. When I walked into the room I just thought the place was perfect for the one night I was staying there - and the restaurant made a fantastic burger. The staff were friendly, checkin process was simple and quick and the room was comfortable - I was travelling alone, kept my expectations low and was pleasantly surprised at what was presented.

Attention to detail and better maintenance needed for the price charged. Heating set at a certain temperature, and it was a cold evening, but we found an electric fan heater. Mattress very soft and lumpy. Toilet seat very loose and no ventilation in the bathroom.

Good location. Staff helpful and attentive. Rooms large enough. The breakfast is very good. Good variety, full plates, and tasty.

I asked for a room with a bath which I was told they could accommodate me, when I got to the property they told me none of the rooms had baths.

It was very comfortable and pleasant stay. The bed was very comfortable. Great breakfast.

Great landlord and staff, which made the stay extra nice. Anya, the young waitress was so lovely, and welcoming. Food in the restaurant was really good, especially the taco and hash brown starters Would definitely recommend it, and hopefully, we will return when in the area again

Lovely room with outdoor seating area. The room was so well equipped. Ample tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits. Iron, hair dryer, additional heater if needed. Surrey magazine, restaurant information. Had all the finishing touches to make the perfect stay.
