Bit expensive. All doors of the bedroom, living room and automatically closed and noisy. We felt isolated in the family in that apartment.

It was a fantastic apartment, spacious, very neat and clean with all the facilities of tea coffee, cooking, microwave, ironing, washing machine, dishwasher etc. Great location. Excellent friendly staff.

I can't pick anything I didn't like! If I want to be picky there was no chopping board in the kitchen but other than that very minor detail this was a great place to stay.

A spacious apartment for our family of four for one night, we were very comfortable, the beds were great too. A 6 min walk from the train station and so central to shops and restaurants meant location was perfect really. The guy managing the apartments was lovely, very welcoming and helpful offering to mind our luggage and then taking it up when our apartment was ready :) The Italian restaurant two doors up was fabulous!

Parking easy to book but would have been more convenient if closer. Sofa fine for a short stay but tub chair design didn’t lend itself to relaxing/ reclining. A few signs of wear and tear on the property but overall didn’t effect stay and we would stay again in a heartbeat.

Amazing, friendly host, great location, easy check in, good value for money. Bed incredibly comfy and host remembered us as customers and added personal touch by remembering reason for booking.

Pillows and mattress not supportive enough. I understand that this is a difficult one to suit everybody, but for us, it's was not great.

Living area was a little small compared to the number beds/people staying. Few steps up to the lift therefore not good for wheelchair users.

Central property, lift available for those with mobility issues in the party. Apartments were clean and well equipped.

Clear instruction on self check -in, though the location is confusing in trying to locate it. Suggested to provide landmarks for easy finding the exact location.

The doors were not clean, probably hadn't been cleaned in quite a while - reddish brown finger marks on the lower part of our bedroom door were unacceptable.

Plenty of room, comfortable beds, nice hot shower, good kitchen facilities, friendly and helpful reception staff, excellent location.

Shower cubicle was quite dirty at the seal My daughter has skin problems so we didn't use shower. Everything else was very good 👍

Mostly everything. We were lost and called the Spires Gary directed us and said if we were still lost he would come and get us, which was really appreciated but we got there in the end.

Its an old building in the centre of town, so the noise level at the weekend, late at night is quite loud. The windows are glazed, so there is little else that can be done.

No staff on site that we saw at all. There are 2 clubs nearby which were very noisy, especially in the early hours of the morning, so not great if you've got an early morning! The building was extremely warm, we had to leave bedroom doors open to cool them down -for too hot.

The apartment was clean and very comfortable. We only stayed on night so didn't make use of the kitchen facilities but it had everything you would need, if we had. The rooms were great and beds very comfy. Check in and check out was easy. Very close to all local amenities and tourist areas!

The only thing I would advise is that it was on a busy social street with a few bars. Nothing the staff can do about it and a small price to pay if you want to be in such a great location, with beautiful accommodation and for such a great price. In fairness anywhere in the city centre Edinburgh will have the same problem. It didn't really bother me as I don't mind the hustle and bustle, I was out enjoying it too. But if you want slightly quieter maybe ask for one of the apartments on the back end of the building away from the busy street.

It was super comfortable. Really clean and had everything you needed for a self serviced stay. The price for the location was exceptionally reasonable. So cheap for being right in the centre of Edinburgh, even though I was going in March so not peak times but when I compared to other places in the area of the same standard the prices were still a lot cheaper. Gary, the concierge, on the phone was very helpful and very friendly. The communication before the stay was very good and there was absolutely no confusion about how to get in to the apartment and easy to get a hold of if any problems. No stress at all. Absolutely loved it and felt like I had my own little flat in Edinburgh. Felt like a baller on a very reasonable budget.
