My only complaint is the clock in the kitchen is loud and it would be nice to have a door stop on the bedroom to keep the door open

Glass recycling truck continually picking up recycling everyday a few times a day was noisy.

The washing machine / drier was pretty useless. There was a lot of noise from outside with local pubs and restaurants emptying their bottles into a skip just below our window. It went on all night and again in the morning when someone came to take the skip away!

During my stay, i think the heater doesnt work that well but im not sure if it was because the season transition or anything. But all the heater werent working and hope that can be improved.

The location is very near to the city centre which is very convenient and nice. The bed was comfy and the apartment was very clean. The instructions to get the keys are very easy to understand.

Location is great, walking distance to train station. Has some food options nearby, downstairs of the property. Noise level is minimal. Room and space are very cosy and comfortable to stay. Very good price and option in Edinburgh. Would recommend.

Good location for main attractions and amenities. Apartments were a good size, well equipped and clean. Reception staff friendly and very helpful. Room was ready early which was great but if it hadn't been they were willing to look after luggage.😊

We stayed over a weekend so there was NEVER staff onsite during our stay. We ran out of toilet paper on Sunday so definitely no staff, we ended up wandering the hallway and opening any door that wasn't locked until we found some. Also, the apartment is pretty well insulated but we were on the first floor so there was a bar right below us. You will hear music from the bar. It is not terrible but if you are the type of person who need silence when you sleep then ask for a higher floor.

We loved the space. The apartment was nicely appointed. Location was very convenient. We loved having access to a kitchen and everything we would need to cook was supplied.

Noisy macerator arrangement for the loo. But not really a problem as it doesn't run for very long when loo flushed. Arm chairs and couches not very comfortable but not an issue unless you are going to spend a lot of time sitting around in the flat. Beds take up a lot of space which might be an issue for large people. Not an issue for us.

Great location, short walk from Waverley station. Friendly smile from helpful young chap at reception. Liked the security arrangements with code locks on doors and keys to the room. We were able to leave our luggage on checkout day as we had a late train which was very valuable as luggage deposit at Waverley Station is expensive and might need to be booked at busy times (e.g., during the festival).

It would have been nice to have some drawer space for clothes as we were there for 5 days. I just lived out of my suitcase. It's a minor point.

Location is very good. An easy walk from the station although a bit up and down hill. Where in Edinburgh isn't? As it turned out we spent more time in the Old Town than the new so perhaps we would look first over there next time. There was quite a lot of noise from the street on the Saturday night but this was not a major issue. Value for money was good through the prism of Edinburgh during the Festival. Facilities were very good, including a full kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.

Fire doors between all bedrooms and kitchens that were required to be kept closed, which made the apartment feel a lot smaller that it really was. We had the 2 bed 2 bath apartment with kitchen, that had all facilities.

Instructions prior to arrival on door lock and how to collect keys from the reception desk (We arrived before 17.00). These are older apartments that did the job, but I was expecting a bit more based on the photos. Compared to the price we paid for these apartments, overall I think it was a great deal during the height of peak season in Edinburg.
