The accommodation was very comfortable, the owner popped by to welcome us and brought a lovely bunch of homegrown flowers. There was plenty of space and the house was very clean and welcoming.

The fact we couldn't stay longer. There was nothing we didn't like about our stay even if it was only 2 nights. It was amazing.

Spacious and airy feel in the home. Everything you needed was available. The host was very welcoming.

The check-in time of 5pm is quite late.

We had a great stay at The Spinney. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for the six of us. The host popped in on the first night and also responded straight away when we messaged to let her know the toaster wasn't working - it was replaced the next day! The garden is a good size and it was nice to have outdoor seating and a few games available. It's a very quiet area but Aldeburgh and Southwold are close enough for day trips, as well as Framlingham Castle just 5 minutes away.

Tips for improvement - more coathangers, more cutlery, more proper outdoor chairs, TV is not visible from the far sofa (we all wanted to watch the tennis final!), water pressure upstairs is very poor. PIty only one shower. Need hanging space upstairs. Oven took ages to heat up.

location was a quiet, small village. Plenty of parking. great garden. Very good space with kitchen, dining room and separate lounge. Friendly owner popped around on our first evening. Small welcome gift pack was appreciated. All very clean. Bed comfy and linen top quality. Kitchen mainly well equipped. This bungalow suited our purposes well for an aged family group of 7. We managed the required bathroom rotation of the one shower without any problem. Two toilets were useful. no one used the upstairs bath. Great drying room and washing machine.

Spotlessly clean and in a great location 5 mins drive from Framlingham where there is a supermarket, shops, pubs and takeaways, or you could walk 30m up the road to the local village pub! The property has two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs (which has a shower). Laundry facilities are in the outhouse which was super useful. The garden is self contained with views to the woodland behind. Really friendly and welcoming owners. We had a great time at The Spinney.

We liked it all. Great area, fantastic property, great rooms all with lovely detail. I loved the the pub was in walking distance. Met a few people there too. Joined the local Jubilee Party at the Old Milhouse Saxsted. Totally lovely expierence. We met the hosts which have 3 horses and we got to meet one of the horses which was very excited for our 3 kids. Their grandparents Nanny and Granddad came along for the trip and with the 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms it was the perfect size. They have a piano in the dinning room which especially my eldest enjoyed playing. We are planning to come back :)

Minor things: could have done with more hand soaps; WiFi signal was weak in the lounge (which the TV relies on); could do with summer duvets (10.5 tog was too hot for April).

Fantastic hosts. Beautiful house and furnishings. Lovely quiet location set back from the road. Plenty of off-road parking space. Good outdoor seating and garden space. Right next to bridleway for field walks. Close to Framlingham village & castle. Beaches within a half hour drive.

Lots of space and a very clean and comfortable house. Well resourced kitchen etc., Plenty of parking. We liked everything about the property.

Only negative was the wifi which was temperamental, for a few days it worked then stopped. Although the host tried actively to get it fixed and resolved, it was without success.

Was a very spacious comfortable home, which worked well with 6 people staying. We had a further 3 people visit on one day and there was still plenty of room. The kitchen worked well, with good microwave, freezer and fridge space. Fireplace was enjoyed by us all, having lots of fires and toasting marshmallows!! House was well equipped and the bedrooms and bathrooms worked out well for us all. The pub and restaurant just up the road was superb, great pricing with proper food and beer!

The oven was not clean and there were cobwebs and dust on the shelves at the side of the fridge freezer. The kitchen floor needed a thorough clean. I was not happy to pay extra money to have an arrival time earlier than 5:00 pm (unusually late) nor for a checkout time later than 10:00 am.

This was a very comfortable stay for three nights to attend a family wedding. We used three bedrooms, the twin and double on the ground floor and the double on the first floor. The cottage is homely and well equipped. We all slept very well and enjoyed the gardens which are full of bird life. How we wished we could play the piano! There were plenty of games to entertain families and a very spacious and workable kitchen and dining room.

The garden was amazing! In a very quite location and the house is lovely. Got to meet the owner a very lovely lady and would happily stay again when working in the area..
