The very friendly welcome, especially our bags being taken to our room while we checked in. The great variety of food available for breakfast. The high standard of facilities and that everything you might need had been thought of.

Highlight were the hosts Jenny and Mark. Lovely couple who runs this property. Absolutely lovely people. Did everything to make our life comfortable. Veg breakfast prepared by them was too good. Mark was so kind that he not only booked a restaurant for dinner for us but also came to drop us. Great room with all the facilities. Couldn’t have asked for more

There was nothing I didn't like as such, however the number of stairs to get to our room was a challenge for me. That was my own fault really but attention should perhaps be drawn to the number of stairs. Parking is quite restricted but Mark was a very helpful guide.

Very welcoming hosts and beautiful house. The morning bake at breakfast was a nice touch.

The hosts were very welcoming. The guest house was exceptional with lovely well kept gardens to be able to relax in. The breakfast was fantastic. We had a very comfortable stay. The location was ideal for touring the Fife coast.

Didn't like parking two streets away when my van was full of expensive tools.Website says that there is parking on site but there is no parking!!

The breakfast is great, with some changes everyday. The bar is really well stocked and there are a lot of fun evenings to be had working your way through the ranges. The rooms are very clean and the property very well maintained. The hosts are really friendly and have plenty local knowledge.

The hosts were very welcoming and clearly enjoyed interacting with their guests. The property was spotless and the attention to detail was impressive. The breakfast was fantastic and the room was very comfortable. The hospitality we received was second to none. We would highly recommend staying at this property.

Unfortunately, on our first night, there was no hot water but the owner rectified this and duly compensated us. Continental breakfast could have been offered, e.g. croissants, pastries, etc. More than one piece of toast and butter could have been served rather than having to request them.

Cooked breakfast was excellent with a wide choice on offer. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location was excellent within walking distance of town and the coastal path. The host could advise on local attractions and restaurants. Parking was on site.

Loved the location. Hosts and staff were amazing too.
