The lift was very small, and could only take 2 people- it wasn’t a problem to use the steps though! The rooms weren’t the most modern- but they were comfortable and you had everything you needed.

My husband was impressed by the extras. There was a fridge and a safe in the room. There were 2 bottles of water in the fridge. There were two fans in the room. There was a Lily coffee machine and two pods for nice coffee. There was a complimentary breakfast which consisted of lovely yoghurt and a choice of toast and boiled egg and a chunk of cheese , or a croissant or two fresh waffles with syrup. We were also given a bowl of nuts and a cup of coffee with our complimentary breakfast. It was about a 10 minute walk from the underground station. But there were supermarkets close by. The room was quite. It had airconditioning. We enjoyed walking around the area, and the locals were friendly.

Couldn't charge my phone as my room didn't have a USB or USBC charging point. The lift is very small.

Loved the in room coffee. Illy is my favourite. Room was a good comfy size. Location was 10 mins from my office. Breakfast was lovely and all that was needed to start the day well.

Friendly staff. Comfy beds. Bath and shower were good. It has a lift. Close to public transport. Nice rooms. Deceiving from the outside rooms are nicer they the might look on the outside.

Clean and spacious, breakfast (I had the cooked option for an additional £7) was reasonable price and quality. Good internet. Bathroom was excellent, good water pressure and temperature.

A desk was indeed in the room but there was no legroom to actually use it without sitting sideways which was not ideal

I had a few issues when I checked in with the man that was in reception. It was about 2am when I arrived and he charged me the wrong amount, then he knocked on my door later to demand payment for the remaining 10 pounds (I feel like he could have waited until the morning to do this as it was around 2.30am, I was exhausted and ready to go to bed- also, it was 10 quid only). He forgot to give me my passport back and i had to go back to reception. He also told me he’d have to check if I could leave my luggage at the hotel after checkout, but he thought I couldn’t and that I should find another place (this was not correct, as the girl in the morning allowed me to do so)

The rooms are super clean and I really appreciated that they looked new. The breakfast that’s included it’s very good and I was pleasantly surprised by the quantity and quality of it. The girl that was in reception in the morning was very pleasant, kind and accommodating.

What I didn’t find was a plant based option for the milk. I am lactose intolerant, fortunately not severe intolerance, but I am not used to the normal milk that much anymore. But that could have maybe been a language-based misunderstanding. When I asked for oat milk, they probably understood “hot milk”. But not a big issue overall. Just to keep in mind for those who have a more severe intolerance or allergy (or dietary need). Maybe just show it to them to be sure they do/don’t have :)

The hotel is really nice and curated. The room was normal size compared to what you find lately in a lot of hotels, so is comfortable and roomy. They provide everything that is needed, there was even a hair dryer and in the wardrobe there were hotel slippers which are a nice addition especially when traveling with just one backpack. The breakfast they offer with the price of the room, is quite filling and you are given 3 different options to choose between. We really liked our stay and the location is as well handy. There is a bus stop just around the corner and the area is filled with bars, pubs and restaurants. There is also the spitalfields market 10 mins walking distance which offers a broad variety of street food and shops and another venue with music and street food. I would probably go back next time I’ll be in London!

Our room faced a wall that was not mentioned in the room description.

The property is very clean and well maintained. It appeared to be under renovation during our stay which was organized in a way that did not affect our experience. A good breakfast is served. The main attractions are easily reached by public transport. There is a plenty of pubs and bars near-by.

Located near to the club I was attending . Easy check-in and access . Friendly staff . A good sized room . Well equipped , very clean and comfortable . All at a very reasonable cost . I will definitely use The Shoreditch Inn again if I am in that area .

The air con didn't work, (although the team sorted this.) Not enough coffee pods. Ironing board not good enough for formal events. Would have been great to book in early, although I didn't ask for this.

The only small issue was the smell of the disinfectant that was used to clean the room. Smelt slightly musty in the room however the place was spotless so this was only a tiny issue
