There seemed to be more dogs than usual, i know its dog friendly, but a few quarrels, after all they were quiet at night .cheers shirley mcgrath

It was about our 12th time here and as always just great, the view is a great attraction, the balcony fabulous, even though the weather wasnt so good we will be back very shortly, shirley mcgrath .

Not adverse to automatic check in on arrival BUT with us arriving on a Saturday, we struggled as there was more than one room on booking, left waiting around after a very long journey as staff were very busy with bar/food orders

Would have been great to know what was going on in the bar downstairs as there was a quiz on and it was a bit late to join after returning to the hotel.

Sea view room was beautiful! Far exceeded our expectations. Catered for my gluten free breakfast. Easy check in and all staff we very friendly. Will definitely be back!

The reception is in a crowded bar. We had issues with my debit card so had to ask for someone to check us in. I'm old fashioned I suppose expecting a receptionist to greet us to the hotel.

Lovely cooked breakfast but nobody told us we had to order at the bar. We sat a while before asking a member of staff to place our order she then told us to order at the bar, there was plenty of staff around, as it was our first visit maybe 1 of them could have told us upon arrival.

The breakfast was very good, with helpful staff. plenty of choice and the poached eggs were perfect.

The personal touch has been removed with self check in and check out. This was our third time staying and the first time using this method. There wasn't any information that I could see explaining the new system. I stood at what was the old check in desk for over 10minutes before going to locate someone to help. The staff were difficult to locate and not very helpful when approached, just directing me back to a screen at the side of the old check in desk. Although free car parking if provided the car park is often used by people visiting the area and not staying at the hotel. Therefore, it is very difficult to find a space until late in to the evening.

They are very pet friendly. We have 2 small dogs who were made to feel very welcome, although we felt that the extra charge of £15 per dog per night was a little steep.

I was given an accessible room which we didn’t need - would have appreciated a shower rather than a bath. But it wasn’t a deal breaker! We’d certainly visit again

This hotel is really nice, in a great location by the sea. The downstairs restaurant was nice slightly expensive for drinks. Rooms were clean and spacious!

Only one small thing that could have been better was the sausage to be more cooked on the breakfast ..my partner had to leave his as didn’t look cooked

Fantastic location. The room was spacious and very clean. The food was delicious and staff made a fuss of our dog, even giving him a sausage at breakfast time! A wonderful stay and we will definitely be back.
