The only thing that was difficult was the hard mattress with a plastic lining. Needed a layer of memory foam for my old bones! Everything else was charming. Thank you for my stay.

I liked breakfast, the location, the view from my room, the friendly staff. It was wonderful to have heating I could control in my room - cold and sleety when I arrived but warmed up as the week went on.

We should have booked both double rooms.

Breakfast was great, double room was good with exelent views of the peir and beach single room was not good view looked like a building site and the single bed was very lumpy, overall very noisy with motorcycles racing up an down outside, closing the windows made slightly better.

Double bed in room was uncomfortable. Difficult to access dining room and bar area due to steps as one party member had mobility problems.

Easy check in. Staff really friendly. Good entertainment on the night we stayed. Breakfast really good. Excellent location. Parking nearby easy to access.

Parking was a bit of an issue as there was nowhere for unloading bags and cases outside the hotel. We were able to park the van in a multi storey around the corner after dropping things off. This added to the cost a little

On arrival and during my stay I found all staff to be helpful and friendly. The room was with a sea view which was nice. The hotel was across the road from the beach and pier where I was playing for the band Skacasm Even though it was booked I didn't have the breakfast so can't comment. I was meeting with friends elsewhere

Bed mattress was not very comfortable. The room seemed tired and overall the hotel needs a refurb. The bar is really outdated with its furniture and decor however, the dining room was modern and bright.

Cooked Breakfast was great. Staff welcoming. Dining room was modern. Location excellent. Good access to parking in the Sovereign Shopping Centre. Good chippy up the road. Good view of the Grand Pier.

The room was dated. Bathroom had broken and loose floor tiles and when you closed the bathroom door there was dust, hair and was just something that had obviously been missed.

The staff were fantastic and extremely helpful. Breakfast was good and plenty of it. For the money it’s was as good as we expected it to be.

Uncomfortable bed. I had to put the bed frame back together after I found part of it on the floor. I could feel the mattress springs poking through.

Been here a few times this time we had a bigger room which was good but still need to update the rooms like painting plus the bathroom was small the toilet roll holder was a bit of a pain when you sat down you hit it.

Near the seafront and the shopping centre, lovely staff and very good breakfast.
