Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Great modern hotel with friendly staff, overlooking Caledonia Square and the harbor beyond within short walking distance of town center. Great facilities with several bars, restaurant and even a nightclub! Very much geared to couples and larger groups, we stayed for a wedding so perfect setup for a fun weekend.

FranceThe toilet was facing the bathtub which left no room for your legs and feet so you had to sit sideways on the toilet! The tv was on the wall in front of the wardrobe with no bracket to pull it out and turn it to face the bed ! The outside terrace for the restaurant did not have a non smoking section?! So we were subjected to second hand smoke whilst trying to enjoy our apéritifs. The prices in the restaurant and hotel have increased drastically in the last few years. The breakfast was mediocre; no seeds or nuts, no fresh healthy breads.

United KingdomOur room wasn’t cleaned when we got back one night, the staff at reception weren’t very helpful expecting us to move rooms at 1130 pm when we had been out all. All we wanted was a made up bed and clean towels! Be careful when booking through booking.com as I found a cheaper rate directly with the hotel after I made the booking. I queried with booking.com as it was like for like and they have so far refused to honour their so called price match guarantee. Booking.com don’t always provide the best rates and their price match guarantee scheme is not consumer friendly, be warned always check the hotel rates first.

SpainStandard double room (4th floor) was a little small and dark. There was also a smell coming through the a/c system that kicks in by default when you leave the room.

United KingdomBathroom needed a little bit of looking at, the shower hose leaked, the controls of the shower were very temperamental and stiff. There was no extractor working in the bathroom. We did report this while there. The bed was so hard, I asked for an additional topper which was provided, but I had to fit it myself. It was just left on the bed. I think some memory foam toppers should be available for those of us that need a softer bed due to ailments. The front bar and restaurant were really noisy and not a relaxing environment. Only one chair for the table in the room. We also had an adjoining door between us and the next room, which made it feel like next door where actually in our room when they were talking. Don't like the fact you are allowed to smoke on the balcony, if you are sitting out side or have your balcony doors open the smell and smoke come in.
Great location. Breakfast included with a good variety of quality food. Staff were nice. Gave us a room upgrade. Good selection of places to eat and drink within the hotel. The use of the Spa was a lovely addition and well needed after all the walking. Lots of info at reception of what's going on on the Island. Good size room. We had a balcony and it was lovely to use.
