Good location by the river and near shopping centre. Only downside with breakfast could have been hotter and also serving plates warm. Would stay again😊

Parking an issue. Got blocked in and had to walk to venue I was attending as we couldnt get the car out of the parking within the hotel. Not good! Have to mske own toast now at breakfast. Leads to congestion and many pieces of burnt toast. This used yo be brought to the table

Only the stairs asy husband has a bad hip

The breakfast room had a delightful view over the river Tay. Our room was up 3 flights of stairs. Next time we stay there I will request a first floor room. The hotel is very well located in the centre of Perth Bring an old hotel it only has a few parking places. Fortunately we got one

Parking. Not the fault of the hotel, but their own car park is very tiny and very difficult to access/ exit. Parking on the road outside is allowed but is £1.70 per hour and free on Sundays but other than that it is a case of trying to find a long stay car park somewhere.

    Excellent location for central Perth.

The internet was really bad in our room (room 50) and the area in general is pretty bad for normal mobile signal (not the hotel's fault ofc, but amplifying the need for solid WiFi) so it meant searching for anything on the phone was a frustrating task. The shower had good pressure, but not very much hot water at 9am, which I do understand is a busy time, but I want to be honest. I want to caveat this by saying it was a bank holiday weekend and the hotel did have a function on, so I understand it was busier than usual.

The staff were amazing, everyone had a smile and genuinely seemed happy to help.

Only let down was the lack of attention to detail. In my room the kettle, it's charging base, cord cord and plug were all one unit, so all of it had to be taken to bathroom to fill it up. Also the kettle was set on a tall table yet sockets were below table height, so cup had to be held below table to pour hot water in. Its only a minute inconvenience but shows lack of thought by staff.

I liked the character of this hotel. Quirky and from a bygone age, but relaxed and friendly.

Only down side is parking as it is limited, awkward due to tight spacing and on a first come first served basis.

Excellent breakfast. Staff very accommodating especially when last minute wanted dinner for 12! Would recommend as food excellent especially high tea.

The shower was pretty cold regardless of how long I ran it for. The room was slightly more expensive than I thought it should be for what I received, although the breakfast was included. I asked for a twin room as I was staying with a co-worker and although the beds were indeed singles, they were almost pushed together which wasn't ideal.

The room was lovely and clean, as was the hotel on the whole, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice and there were options for myself as a vegetarian, although it was essentially just cereal/granola and toast but I was content with that. The location was perfect for what I needed. Parking was available.
