Cute little room, clean, tidy & great position. We were here on a holiday from Australia tracing the steps of our father who lived in Burnham before the war. He helped his father take tourists down to Creaksea for picnics on a small boat named "ucmeopit". He lived at 1Riverside Road & did a mechanical apprenticeship at Hartwells in 1940. Dad married & moved to Australia in 1959 & only came back to England in 1980 for a visit.

TV was a very dull picture and unable to alter it.

The room was very clean. Everything looked brand new and pristine. The tassimo coffee maker was an added bonus. Plenty of coffee pods and milk.

There was no breakfast

Location was within easy access to outside facilities. Car park was full when i arrived, as there was yacht racing that weekend, however a lady assisted me with where I could park, also a young man helped me retrieve my key from the box as I was struggling. I don’t know if they were staff or yacht club members. Accommodation was clean.

This is a clean, nicely set up room but it is just that. It was perfect for our stay but if you are expecting hotel style facilities it is not that. It’s more like an Air B&B

Coffee machine (which we were very grateful for) was difficult to use but we eventually figured it out. No place for dirty / muddy shoes at entrance and the parking lot outside the door is not paved, so always tracking rocks / dirt into the room was not great.

Good value for money. Simple accommodation with easy instructions for access for checkin and checkout. Would definitely stay here again.

Only one hanger in the single room,and 2 in the twin room,could do with a extra one or two.Also only a tv in the single room we had,no tv in rhe twin room.

Nothing - all good TVs in family rooms would be a great addition Apart from booking.com email to confirm payment last week nothing from rbyc to confirm key safe code for keys although bar open so no issue

Everything was fine

I booked a twin room with my 13 year old son who is training in the Eastern National sailing squad. The rooms was clean, warm and very quiet. We parked right outside and for x1 night it was perfect.

It's an old building and sound proofing wasn't great (windows), but that's more personal preference as I tend to struggle to sleep in new places. The shower was a little inconsistent (turned itself off twice, not sure why, but it did came back on) but temperature was good.

The room was very nice, and clean. It also had a good pod coffee machine. Staff communication was excellent. Check in and out was easy. Comfy bed. Parking and location was excellent.

there was no wardrobe or hanging space. the blinds didnt quite fit so it was light in the morning. not a problem at this time of year but it would not be good in the summer.

The only downside was that the room was very small but we only used the room for sleeping so it was adequate.

We were going to a friends birthday party so 5 of us stayed over and we only needed a room for sleeping in so the dorm room was ideal . It was cheap but it was clean and the beds were comfy and the room was warm
