Wasn't keen on the shower inside of bath but that's personal taste. It would have been difficult to get in had we had any mobility issues. thankfully we managed.

Location was perfect. Staff helpful, lovely clean big room with huge bed and exceptional breakfast at a lovely private table.

A beautiful pub, ideally located for our trip to Sandringham the following day. The staff were great, the food was excellent (both in the evening and at breakfast) and our room was perfect - very quaint.

The view of the roof from the bedroom

This beautiful village was the place we stayed in the old pub restaurant. The room was lovely quaint room at the top of some stairs. It was clean and well laid out with tea/coffee and biscuits, plus water, which was a nice touch. The bed was large and comfy, and the bathroom had a lovely large bath and shower. Breakfast was plentiful and well cooked with options such as kippers and eggs benidect as well as the traditional english! Also, fruit, juices, and yoghurt were available. We stayed 2 nights and on the first one had a lovely meal in the restaurant 😋 it was very tasty and the wine was good! As we were visiting family nearby the village was very handy and near to Hunstanton and the other local beaches which are fabulous. I walked up to the large church and saw the War Graves. The Village is very beautiful and well worth a walk! All in all, we had a lovely stay and definitely will return!

Our room was in the old part of the building with a floor that's not level which is fine but the bed was also not level and sloped with the floor. I'd at least make sure the bed was levelled up. I'd also suggest there that an option in food portion sizes was available as portions were big and generous which is also fine but people who can't eat a lot then create a lot of waste when they can't finish their food so same menu but an option for a smaller portion at a slightly reduced price would avoid waste.

Excellent food, service, cleanliness and venue.

The rain but don't think you could help that :( :)

All of the staff were excellent and very helpful. Our bedroom was cleaned really well and the our breakfasts were very nice. We had booked a dinner on our first evening and the food was so good we booked our dinners for the next 2 evenings. We also went in the "pub" for a drink after we had been out all day and the staff were nice too. We would recommend of the Rose and Crown to our friends and families and hopefully we will come back too.

Basically, nothing. Oh, I could say there is a sharp turn into the carpark. that's all .

Lovely room with very good facilities we had our dog with us and were made very welcome, our dog was allowed in all the areas we needed, there were treats in the bar and in our room for him and for us the food served was very good we would recommend it we had breakfast and evening meal ,the staff were all very friendly, We had a large bath with a power shower as well, they used local products from wine's to toiletries, We would recommend you book your evening meals as it can get busy, The pub is situated in the heart of Snettisham and is very easy to find with a large carpark at the rear,There are plenty of places to walk your dogs around the area as well.,all in all a very good break and will certainly return there as we had a great time .

The evening dinner menu was somewhat limited, considering that there were few alternative places to eat. Having to go outside and in by another door, then climb 17 stairs to the upstairs rooms was a nuisance. Happily the weather was dry!

The breakfast was excellent. There was a lovely selection of breakfast juice, very nice bread or croissants, fresh fruit and an array of cereals. The menu for cooked breakfast was varied and extensive plus tea and coffee.

Needed more advice that external door would be locked overnight with no personnel on site as after popping outside for a walk at 12.30am without the room key or his phone as it was so hot in the room, my husband was unfortunately locked out & ended up sleeping in his car!

Fabulous breakfast & evening meal. Room lovely & very dog friendly.
