Clean, spacious room, with good facilities like a fridge that you can actually fit stuff in Staff very polite and helpful. Bit of traffic noise, but to be expected, no noise from other rooms which was great.

The mattress could have been more comfortable. My room had windows to Cromwell Road and there was quite a bit of noise from the traffic.

Very friendly and helpful reception staff, a good sized, clean room. The location is handy, a short walk away from shops and restaurants. There was a good view from my room and it was very quiet. It felt very comfortable being there.

The Rockwell is located in Kensington a 5 minute walk from Earls Court Tube Station. Plenty of restaurants nearby, a proper supermarket round the corner for everything you might need. The interior of the hotel is stylish without being over the top. The staff was really helpful . The room I had was surprisingly spacious and have view to Cromwell Road ( for the proper london feeling )

The property has a great value for money ratio, with a nice surrounding area. It was clean and well taken care of.

The breakfast time was understaffed, all the tables had been used and nothing was cleared up ready for other guests. I understand there was a large group of Americans and the lady who got our tea was very apologetic, but surely if you have a full house you have extra staff?!

Thought the breakfast could have been better. I'd messaged to say my wife was vegetarian, the only veg option was just not to have the sausage and bacon, not very imaginative!

It's a very minor matter, but I found the duvet cover on the bed to be too heavy and therefore too warm, but I recognise that this is very much a personal preference. Maybe there needs to be an option for something lighter?

The room was comfortbale and well-equipped, with lots of storage space, a good desk and everything I needed for my two-nights stay. The buffet breakfast was good value, with plenty of options. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

This was my second stay at The Rockwell and I was upgraded. The staff are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and quiet at night. I am in frequently in London for work and cannot fault this hotel for convenience and value for money

It was quite noisy… the windows rattled a lot until I used cardboard to fill some of the gap between the frames. I could also hear neighbouring rooms very loudly through the vents. Additionally the towels very small and seemed very worn. Also the tv needs updating as the sound was very crackly.

Great location with tube, bus and restaurants just around the corner. Perfect for a city trip. The receptionists were very helpful and it was possible to borrow an adapter.

I'm afraid the shower drain is in need of a sink plunger 🪠 as it is very slow to drain the water.

The breakfast was good and plentiful and the bed was comfortable.
