The room was quite small and we didn't have space to store our luggage and clothes. The bathroom was also quite small, particularly the shower.

The breakfast was excellent and the lady there was super pleasant! The neighbourhood was safe and all the necessary stores were nearby. We would definitely stay again on our next visit to London.

We only had 1 bath towel between 2 of us. Not a big deal but we didn't notice til morning shower time.

The room was on the lower ground floor - really spacious, clean and comfortable. Huge, comfy bed. Powerful shower. Water, biscuits and coffee/tea making facilities provided. Friendly staff. Very nice breakfast. Only a short walk from Earl's Court tube station.

I wish there was a better info about the minibar. Unless I skipped over it in on the website. I would suggest to the staff maybe going over the available amenities of the room would be great. Also the water flushing pressure was a bit too low

I really liked the room. given the amount I spent it was a nice cozy small room that could easily fit two people if needed. The bathroom was great, and the selection in the mini bar was superb. Being right in Earl's Court meant I had direct access to the tube too! Oh and staff were lovely!

The noise generated by the heater was very annoying. It could easily keep us late at night if we did did not have ear plugs. Please update the heating system. Price should have definitely included breakfast.

Enjoyed the location very much during the stay. It is 10-12 minutes distance from Earl's Court Metro Station which will easily get you to the most important places in London. Staff is friendly and eager to help out. Did not have breakfast so I can not comment on it. Good lightning and large windows. Very spacious rooms. Large wardrobes so you could deposit all your clothes. Daily cleaning.

The inclusive breakfast was the same every morning. If you timed it wrong you got the ends of the supply and had to wait for a full portion to be delivered. (The speed of which depended on the staff member being observant and ordering promptly from the kitchen) There was no fish on the daily menu and any eggs other than poor scrambled, including a boiled egg were extra cost. Other menu options all were an extra cost. Only one set of towels in the room for the two of us (until we asked for more). The door handle was loose to the bathroom (possibly not reported by previous clients) No covers with the spare pillows in the wardrobe.

Location was good with plenty of transport options. Direct Picadilly line to Heathrow a plus. Supermarkets and plenty of eating options nearby. Fridge in room so we were able to get a jug of milk from reception instead of using the tiny UHT packs.

Room was very hot even when heater turned down to 21C. Ended up switching it off.

Good access from tube - only 5 minutes from Earles court station. Check-in very pleasant and efficient. Room was pleasant and spacious for a single. Shower etc were excellent.

I was in a single room which was quite small. Would have been nice to have a bit more room. Air conditioning was all or nothing.

It's a good location close to tube stations, shops and restaurants. Room is clean and comfortable.
