Great and chill area, family friendly, but would suggest the hotel for solo traveller or backpackers

The room size is just too small, and the ceiling is low, which is not best for anyone higher than 1,9m or 6,1 feet. The rooms are not ventilated well enough, but You can rely on a cold British weather for the help unless it's a surprisingly hot days of 25 Celsius. Breakfast area is too small and breakfast itself is not worth it, better move for any other option nearby especially if you are a group of 3+ people.

The check-in experience and the support available through Whatsapp is a great thing to have. Location is superior to other options considering a walking distance to the high street and Cathedral. Mostly a pleasant stay, there is a church nearby, as well as a possibility to have a good pint of beer in the pub on the same street.

No air conditioning, shower door was broken. Room was semi clean, could do with a deep scrub. Carpets marked.

Good value for money, staff where very accomodating. Lots of stairs, not good if you have lots of bags, the reception guy graciously offered to help us with our bags. Beds were comfortable. Self help continental breakfast had everything from fruit, cereal, fruit juice and tea & coffee. Breakfast bars etc. Good for a 1 night stay.

A great localisation! Close to the suspension bridge and close to the city centre. Room was ok, we had everything what we needed. Lovely staff and breakfast bar. Parking is the issue like everywhere in Bristol. Thank you 😊

Rooms are ok, nothing special, could do with some modernisation in the future. If we'd paid more it would have been disappointing

Staff are lovely, great location. We paid £50 for a night and that seemed fair. Beds are comfortable

Room was small and a bit tired. No parking either so you have to try and find a space in the residential area with restrictions and pay.

Location. Short pleasant walk to the center with nice bars on the way. Reception with helpful staff.

No biscuit in room like advertised. (On there pictures) take them of if you are not given them. No pastries for breakfast like advertised breakfast was a bit poor for those that didn’t like the cereals pastries never had breakfast. They were looking forward to the pastries that’s why we booked this hotel. Could’ve put a toaster with bread and jam.

    It was fine

Tiny shower, only 3 parking spots which were full and street parking is expensive. 'Breakfast included' however didn't specify it's just snacks and coffee/tea etc not a cooked breakfast so that was disappointing.

Easy to find, nice big room, comfortable bed, clean enough, excellent location.

I stayed over a bank holiday weekend, but still felt the single room was quite expensive for what it was and had a dated look. Could do with a lick of paint and a carpet clean.

The hotel is in a good location, not too far to walk to all the major attractions. The buffet snack breakfast was good, especially if you're running short of time, but also a tad unusual.

The carpet was a bit dirty in my room and the radiator was on full blast on a hot evening. It said there was parking available at the hotel but when I got there, all the spaces were full and I had to park on the street.

Much noisier street than I expected. My room overlooked the bins=even more noise. The ensuite bathroom radiator was on full blast and couldn't be turned off. I reported it to 3 members of staff and was assured maintenance were in the building and would attend to it but next day it was still roaring like a furnace. It was very warm weather anyway so I was baked alive, had to have the window open, woken by people putting empties in the bottle bin and woken early by the recycling lorries collecting the bottles...

    Friendly staff Clean and comfortable
