Drinks outside took a little while to get to us once ordered but overall very good.

Finish of the place is outstanding. Breakfast delicious. Room very comfortable and staff very attentive.

Breakfast was disappointing-tea and coffee kept hot in jugs(would have been better fresh rather than stewed) The bacon had clearly been cooked a while and kept warm although we waited a while for service

I’d say this is the best possible location in Henley, right on the river. Beautiful building, inside and out, staff were very friendly and the room was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Car parking is a bit of a walk, fortunately it was dry. Safe parking though.

We booked a small room with good booking.com discounts but we received a lovely large room with river view! Couldn’t have been better. Super comfy and stylish. The renovations are lovely. Breakfast was good, fresh cooked and all staff were friendly and kind. Our room on floor 1 was on the main road but there was no traffic noise at all.

There is no parking at the hotel. However, it was a 5 minute walk to the nearest car park (train station) and cost approximately £10 for 24 hours.

The property is spacious and beautiful. There is a bar, cafe and function room. It smells lovely throughout and is very clean. The staff were so friendly and walked us to our room. Our room was off the courtyard, slightly away from the main hotel which was great as there was a big wedding party there at the same time. This had no impact on our stay.

Room was quite small but fine for just 1 night. Breakfast was a little confusing as no one explained how it worked until we asked (we had breakfast included in our room rate).

Gorgeous hotel in a great location. Staff at reception were very helpful, particularly with regards to parking. Nice little bar for a drink in the evening. Breakfast was nice.

There was nothing we did not like.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The location was perfect for sightseeing. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel is located close to all the downtown area for restaurants and shopping. The square is amazing with lots of activities.

Little to fault to be honest.

The staff were exceptional. They helped us considerably with our car when we had an issue. Also after 16 days of eating in Italy and France we had our best meal of the holiday here - the food was just amazing. Also the location was lovely

Breakfast Very good Room itself was well presented. WiFi excellent. TV excellent range of stations cleanliness. Excellent Two beds suitable for one person but each bed was inadequate for a couple who wished to sleep together Bathroom. Adequate and good hot water. But shower totally inadequate for anyone over 5 ft 10in. Impossible to turn round. shower was a major fault IMO

Traffic is passing by front side going go the river. So, you need go choose between keeping the windows shut but having the nice river view or booking the simpler but quieter rooms going to the back or side.

It‘s what you would love to experience in a typical good English countryside hotel. It‘s as lovely as Henley is. Very kind and personal hosts. Go there!
