The stairs up to our room! We did struggle with them. Some of the meals were let down being a little over cooked.

Staff very welcoming! Lovely place for us. Enjoyed our time here even with the weather not being great.

The staff were very nice and the breakfast was excellent and so much that I struggled to eat it all! The location is right next to the beach and amid the shops. Plenty of walks for the dog too and some treats and bed and towel for her and a voucher for a sausage for her at breakfast served in a doggie dish. The room was very nice and comfy and very clean with tea and coffee sachets.

Absolutely nothing!!

Room was great, maybe a bit on the small side, bed really comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, couldn't fault it, excellent range of choice, cooked from scratch and served piping hot. Bar was great, nice mix of hotel guests, tourists and friendly locals, really good atmosphere. Location was fantastic, right on the beachfront overlooking the pier. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back.

The car park was full and I had to park on a street 10 minutes away. The receptionist was very helpful in providing locations though.

Breakfast was excellent with high quality local produce. Rooms clean with good tea and coffee making facilities. The hotel is central to Cromer and has great views.

problems with the blinds in the room (but they were very swift to sort it out). Old-fashioned public parts of the hotel - though our room was fine.

The food was wonderful, both at breakfast and dinner. The room had a fantastic view.

Nothing, everything was great!

The hotel was lovely and clean. The bed was really comfortable. I had an amazing sea view from the window. The location was perfect. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I can’t wait to go back!

The room was very hot when we arrived, in fairness the weather had suddenly become warm and sunny. We soon worked out how to open the window and turn off the heated towel rail. The mattress could do with renewing as it was starting together a bit lumpy.

Good situation in heart of Cromer with a view of the sea. The food was exceptionally good. The menu was imaginative - especially the breakfast. The catch of the day fish was definitely the freshest fish we have tasted in a good while. The staff were attentive without being intrusive. Everything was clean and well kept.

An offer to carry luggage up the stairs would have been helpful. Service at breakfast on second day was a little slow, but they had quite a few extra walk ins.

Breakfast was excellent , good choice and great service. Staff were brilliant and very helpful. Location right near centre of town with views over the sea and pier. Food first class.

Nothing really... Everything was really good...

From our arrival to when we departed everything was very good. The staff were very friendly and always made time for a chat etc etc..We liked our spacious bedroom and sitting by the big window in the dining room. Also there was no rush when having our meals. How they treated dogs was exceptional, with dog beds, bowls and treats. The hotel is situated in a great location for the sea front and town centre. Breakfast and evening meals were very nice and a nice variety. Hopefully we'll visit again...
