We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

My wife and I stayed here in spring. From the outside the Railway Crossings looks just like any village pub with accommodation attached. But once inside the experience begins. From the welcome to the accommodation to the food everything can only be described as superb. Nothing is too much trouble for the excellent hosts and their brilliant staff. My wife is coeliac she was very well catered for. The boss even cooked us a roast dinner on one evening!

Friendly helpful staff nothing to much trouble went above and beyond.food was lovely and excellent value for money..the accommodation was also good value well stocked with tea coffee and biscuits . The room wasn't serviced every day which we were quite happy with didn't need the bed made etc . We stayed 4 nights and found the Staff took great pride in their pub and there hometown very knowledgeable and passionate about it. There were activities on most nights ,quiz bingo ,singer this pub is a real hub of the community but as guests we were made very welcome and will return.

Staff were very welcoming and so friendly, cannot fault them at all. The manager was kind enough to give us a lift as the local taxi company are a bit unreliable. A good full English breakfast was great value for money. The place isn't fancy or high end but it's great value for money if you're looking for somewhere comfortable to sleep for a night or two.

The room was very modern and clean. The bathroom looked newly fitted, and the shower was great. The rooms are above a friendly pub with very friendly staff. The breakfast was fantastic, and great value included in the nightly price. The pub is located in a village with very friendly locals. We would definitely book again. It's only 15 mins to the beautiful beaches and 25 mins to Newcastle or 15 mins to Durham.
