The property is beautifully decorated throughout. Very homely feel, you can tell a great deal of thought has gone into the decorating to suit all guests. Fantastic location with everything being a five minute walk. Honestly didn’t want our stay to end. We shall definitely be visiting this property again, highly recommend.

Nothing at all our stay was perfect.

The communication between the owners was exceptionally before and throughout our stay, making sure everything was all ok. The location was perfect minutes from the town centre and literally on the race course, making the river also easily accessible. The property has been maintained to a very high standard. We enjoyed our stay so much we are returning next year.

A very minor detail but the second bedroom could do with a set of drawers and a mirror.

Perfect location for the racecourse views from the lounge great nicely presented apartment with plenty of space for 4 adults. Short walking distance to the centre of Chester for shopping and the sites.

The hallway and stairs leading to the apartment is deceiving, could do with tidying up l, but, once you’ve u get in, absolutely loved belt.

Stunning Penthouse apartment, spotlessly clean. Location superb overlooking the racecourse and only a short stroll to bars, restaurants and all shops.

There did not seem to be anywhere to hang washing, so this was a challenge.

The location was perfect, the apartment was very well presented, tidy and comfortable. We loved the open plan living, homely feel, beautiful kitchen and private garden.

Chris just ask you cleaning team to get pest control done near all windows as when you open, there are spider webs on all windows and needs attention as we faces spider issues every day. That’s not something a new customer should worry about coz it needs your attention for pest control which I am sure you would take care.

Excellent location. Chris is phenomenal guy and within lightening moment he responds which is amazing. His location is band opposite to racecourse which makes his place all the more beautiful. If visit next time shall stay at Chris property only.

The apartment was well located within the city walls of Chester and was easily accessible from the main street. Car parking was free and available on site. The centre of Chester was only a 5 minute walk. The apartment was in a quiet neighbourhood in a dead end street. Wifi/internet service was fast and reliable 50mpbs/25mbps.

Great communication from the moment the booking was made. We had a request for our visit, and the owner was so helpful in sorting this out. The location for the racecourse, you couldn't be any closer, with views over the racecourse.

Beautiful property, very spacious living areas. We were really lucky with the weather, so were able to enjoy the outside space. Perfect location for the races. Added bonus that we were able to park two small cars on the drive. Excellent communication before our stay and a courtesy check in too. We would definitely stay again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others. Also to note, this stay was with my very particular mother in law, and she couldn’t stop raving about it, win win.

There isn't anything to dislike.

The apartment is modern and very clean! There was plenty of space in the bedrooms for our personal belongings and to get ready. The apartment is close to the restaurants and shops to be able to easily walk to. It is very family friendly, our 6 year old had a lovely time! The host was very helpful in checking everything was ok, as well as giving us advice on nice food places (takeaway as we asked for). We would definitely recommend this property!

There was only one criticism and that there was no long mirrors in the apartment, also it needed a chest of drawers in the bedrooms.

The apartment was beautiful and spotlessly clean, easy to find, the host Chris was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble.
