This is a beautiful apartment in an excellent location. It has the added bonus of secure parking. It is well equipped and comfortable. The host was attentive and communication was excellent.

Beautiful property, very spacious living areas. We were really lucky with the weather, so were able to enjoy the outside space. Perfect location for the races. Added bonus that we were able to park two small cars on the drive. Excellent communication before our stay and a courtesy check in too. We would definitely stay again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others. Also to note, this stay was with my very particular mother in law, and she couldn’t stop raving about it, win win.

There isn't anything to dislike.

The apartment is modern and very clean! There was plenty of space in the bedrooms for our personal belongings and to get ready. The apartment is close to the restaurants and shops to be able to easily walk to. It is very family friendly, our 6 year old had a lovely time! The host was very helpful in checking everything was ok, as well as giving us advice on nice food places (takeaway as we asked for). We would definitely recommend this property!

Absolutely stunning apartment in a perfect location for everything we needed. Man who owns property was so helpful and was always there to answer his phone if we was having any problems regarding anything. Would definitely book again.

There was only one criticism and that there was no long mirrors in the apartment, also it needed a chest of drawers in the bedrooms.

The apartment was beautiful and spotlessly clean, easy to find, the host Chris was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble.

Stylish property very clean and comfortable. Communication from the owners 10/10 , checked we had arrived safely and to see if there was anything we needed also a text after we had left to thank us for looking after the property and hope we had had a lovely time. Great location within walking distance of the town centre and tourist attractions .

Very professional hosts who make sure you’ve got all the information you need for a hassle free check in and stay. The penthouse apartment is very nice with a fantastic view over the race course. Highly recommend stay here. I’ll definitely be back.

There is nothing to dislike, it’s a beautiful place to stay. Perhaps a bit pricey for a one night stay but probably my fault for leaving it to near the date to get booked in.

Superb, responsive hosts who ensured a warm welcome after our long drive. They even booked us into a great pub for dinner. Clean, modern and comfortable accommodation, with off-street parking and a lovely outdoor entertaining area. The fast WiFi was appreciated by our teenage son!

At times we felt a bit cold. Especially in TV room.

Great location with a car park. Nice big house with 3 good size double rooms. 2 bathrooms one with shower, the other one with a bathtub. We used only one room and one shower. Shower was excellent. Good pressure, good temperature so easy to adjust. It was clean and sleek. There was a movie room at the basement but we didn't use it. Christmas tree and Christmas decoration were beautiful.

Couldnt open bedroom windows as the shutters wouldn’t open because of the curtain pole I like to sleep with it a little open

Just arrived home from a fantastic 2 night stay at The Racecourse Garden apartments which are in an excellent location, only a few minutes walk away from the town centre. We found the apartment decorated and looked after to a very high standard, complete with festive decorations to give it, it's own Christmassy feel! Chris, the owner of the apartment was very friendly and helpful by keeping in touch from intial booking and throughout our stay. I will definitely be recommending to family and friends and shall look forward to a return stay at some point in the future. Many thanks for making a much needed break a 1st class experience!

I have to say, our stay was fantastic. I have no complaints or negative comments to share. In fact, the only thing I wish is that we had booked a few extra nights to enjoy this amazing experience even longer. The accommodations were top-notch, the chris was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. It was truly a memorable stay, and I can't wait to come back again. Our experience at the apartment with the garden was fantastic. We stayed for two nights and all four of us thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The place was impeccably clean and had a cozy and tranquil atmosphere. The owner, Chris, was incredibly hospitable and made us feel right at home. The location was also perfect for us, and we are already looking forward to booking another stay in the near future.
