We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomDining area very noisy with three coach parties. Room was was smaller than expected and shower/toilet area very tiny NO window, the water flow for the shower was very slow, needed more pressure.
Dinner and breakfast were well presented , hot and tasty. Room was adequate, Location very good 10 minute walk from bus and train.

United KingdomUnfortunately my partner is disabled , however she is very independent and was upset there were no grab rails in the rooms toilet and was upset having to ask my assistance I will have too book somewhere more disabled friendly in future, a shame as this is a lovely hotel

Good location close to all amenities. Brilliant helpful staff where nothing is too much trouble to assist with and always a smile. Have stayed a few times now and have not been disappointed at all.

United KingdomGave us a free upgraded room it was next to the lift not a upgrade at all did not sleep at all complained and was moved to different room All rooms next to lift need to be soundproof or use as a store room only the restaurant man seem to be stressed the first morning for breakfast but did improve as day went on entertainment was the same and boring this is our 4 th visit but sadly we will not be returning

I got a really good off season deal so I was delighted with how good everything was. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything I needed. I had free parking in their carpark and the entrance was inviting. The bar and lounge were also nice and I had a pleasant swim in the hotel pool.

All staff were fantastic and always willing to help. The facilities were great with a bar, pool table, swimming pool, restaurant and parking at the back.
