You have to pay extra be aware for bbq packs and packs to build a fire The matress protector seemed dirty and stained but considering it’s based on a farm I guess a little forgiveness for that. You need transport so make sure you bring everything you’ll need because there’s no local stores.

Hate to give anywhere negative feedback but being honest, it was a little unclean. The pillows weren't overly comfy (the bed was super comfy tho!) and were stained yellow under the pillow cases, it was a little off putting. There were stains on the duvet, the decorative pillows and the decorative throw on the bed. The sofa bed also had stains over it. The towels were also a little stained. The welcome book/file was also quite unclean - there were tea/drink stains all over it on every page. There was a fair bit of surface dust, especially on the shelf at the head of the bed. The dish sponge wasn't very clean - maybe a new one each time someone stays would be handy? The bin in the bathroom wasn't emptied when we checked in, it wasn't overflowing so it wasn't a big deal, just a little missed detail. The shower (it was a great shower to be fair!!) also leaked badly because the door wasn't sealed properly or had previously broken so felt a bit bad about the water on the floor but we tried our best to dry it up. However, despite those things, it was honestly still fantastic and we will absolutely be back regardless of the small details! We understand that not everything would be noticed each time and maybe not every resident would be as respectful/tidy as us. We would maybe just bring our own towels, pillows and possibly an extra blanket? It would be nice to see a few improvements next time we stay but overall, it really was brilliant!

It was so quiet, private and peaceful. The scenery was beautiful - loved seeing the red deer and highland cow in the neighbouring fields. The weather was superb so we were able to sit outside most of the time on the decking in our provided robes. Loved the addition of the fire pit, it was lovely to sit by the fire in the evening time when the sun went down. Super comfy bed, good pressure and warm water in the shower. The hob tub was maybe a little TOO hot, definately couldn't sit in it for too long but it was fabulous having it to ourselves with complete privacy. Also, the little sieve to remove flies etc was a great idea! Good selection of takeaways nearby that deliver straight to The Pods so it was really convenient. It was brilliant being able to go into the farm over the two days, we had a fantastic time. Super handy being able to drop our bags at reception. We were able to pop in for firewood later in the evening as well. We didn't take advantage of the board games but there was a great selection! Patrick was also super friendly and welcoming. It was all very laid back and chilled. We didn't have breakfast delivered, we brought our own so cannot comment on that. Also, every single member of staff we met at the farm were delightful. So welcoming and friendly and we weren't forgotten about when it came to cuddling animals. It was very much a place for adults to enjoy whether they had kids of not. We really appreciated the time allowed with the animals.

Not a lot of storage options for luggage or jackets. A hanging rack for jackets and a shelf in the bathroom would be lovely. Otherwise, perfect.

Gorgeous property, quiet and peaceful in close proximity to Belfast. The accommodations were small, but comfortable. The hot tub was amazing and the views from the farm are stunning. Host was accommodating and friendly.

Absolutely nothing this place is privet and you have plenty to do with plenty in the surrounding area if you wish to leave

We went as a couple first time now go every year at least once as a family, kids love the time they can spend with the animals, we go in the walk everytime we stsy at around 5pm and watch the farm animals being brought to where they spend the night to which you are free to walk within the walk area and see them after hours. our favourite place in northern ireland for a relaxing break and we cannot wait to be back and to stay in the family pods when they come😊

I loved the cosy feel of the pods and the secluded area to relax and enjoy the facilities. The beds were extremely comfortable and the pods themselves were spotless. The added touches including chocolates on the pillow and towel robes were a lovely addition. The hot tub was amazing and was the best way to relax on a night away and the host was very attentive and helpful. We will be back!

The only bad thing I could say would be that even tho we had heating I was freezing and throughout the night it was just so cold.
