We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThere was no housekeeping during our stay....ie beds not made, bathroom not cleaned, and refreshments not replenished. There was a fridge in the room, so we bought milk and tea, but compared to every b&b we have stayed in before, at the same price, we expected housekeeping to be provided. However, we were only there for 2 nights, so it didn't matter. I'm a big girl, I can make my own bed and wipe the b athroom down, but the towels got quite wet with nowhere to dry them, and when on holiday, you don't expect to start doing chores. Having said this, we would stay here again.
Lovely location, beautiful old thatched cottage with thatched stable blocks converted to bedrooms. There was plenty of off-road parking. Breakfast was really good and well cooked.

United KingdomMy fault entirely, but it wasn't a comfortable stay for my 6'7" partner. All the quaint low beams which were a delight to look at, were not fun when he banged his head.
The breakfast was excellent, well cooked, generous portions and promptly served.

The friendliest of welcomes and staff so very caring and eager to please. Excellent freshly cooked breakfast. Good coffee, too. Bed comfortable. good shower but a non-slip shower mat would have helped. It was very considerate of staff to put the fan on so the room was cool when we returned after a hot day.
