Please ask if heating doesn't work. I was unlucky froze 1st night as not batteries in control to put heating on. But the 2nd night, without even asking staff or requesting any issues, staff had sorted issue with heating before I got back to room.👍🏽

Room pretty small. But not tiny. Sparsely furnished. Very much a tag on to the core golf business. Welcome was a little strange, felt like we were interrupting his day. I didn’t like the way he warned us off a private function going on in the complex. Instead of reassuring us the noise wouldn’t be a problem, he made a point of warning me the party was a private affair “emphasis on private!” They really need to work on their greeting! Clearly they are geared up for male golfing guests. Bar area little rowdy. On second day we had to abandon breakfast as some kind of melt down on the bar area.

Great location for Bristol and the Cotswolds. Full English breakfast was very good. Very Clean. Good shower. Great parking.

Room was very basic when compared to the estate. Sprinkler goes on at night so cannot open window - it was a hot day. Fan in room which helped but no air circulation and noisy

I just needed to stay over the night on my way - it was very interesting place with golf spirit. Small, clean, comfortable bed, quiet within the golf yard. Really a nice experience :)

Our room was ok, very basic, which was fine for us but needs a new bin that isn’t filthy and rusty! Our bedside table drawers had empty Lucozade bottles and crisp packets in it!

The location was lovely! But just a little bit of advice - if you have a ground floor room, and it’s hot, don’t open the windows because we did and the sprinkler soaked us at 5am!!! The staff were lovely and accommodating, we were staying to be close to my dad who was in his last days, and the staff were amazing. The breakfast was lovely and fresh with a lovely restaurant area!

Trying to find the reception was interesting. It was a very blokey space, and i had to walk upstairs from the ground floor into the bar full of men, to find the person who could help me. Felt a bit awkward but nobody's faulty. Chose not to have breakfast the next morning because of this but again, it was my own awkwardness around this, not quite a fault.

Not much I didn't like. The check in was simple and straightforward, the staff are attentive and pleasant. A good base for any one on business in the area.

We did not have a view of the golf course in our room, which would have been a bonus. In the morning the sun was out and we would have liked to sit outside and have a drink looking out to the golf course. Although you can do that at the clubhouse on the verandah, the seats and tables had mist on them, so they were wet.

Beautiful location at the golf club and view from the club house. The food and drinks were good and reasonable. We felt the food was all fresh and we all enjoyed our meal. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The check in was very simple but it took me a while to find my way around, trying several rooms before I found someone.

Very pleasant stopover for one night. Nice environment if you like golf and has the bonus of a driving range. Friendly staff, good breakfast and evening meal, but the bar was rather noisy. The room seemed very new and clean and the bed was super comfortable. Lots of free parking and very close to the motorway for onward journey. Next time I will play golf!
