Elevation comes at a price, there are two steepish stair cases leading up to the flat. Not a problem for most but it would be too much for people with any mobility problems. The shower head fixing needs some attention.

The property is exceptionally positioned; elevated, in the centre of the old historic town and with its own parking spot nearby. A very short walk takes you into the main shopping area and you are very adjacent to the quayside. The view from the dining table is wonderful, the open plan layout is very spacious and comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped.

There was nothing to dislike.

The apartment was ideally located on the edge of the town centre with a short walk to all the shops. Great views of the river and the old custom house. The town centre was clean and had a good variety of shops. It was a good base to explore the coast at Heacham and Hunstanton.

Ironing facilities would be nice as my clothes got a few creases from being in the suitcase. Also some form of air conditioning. With the room being on the top floor it was very hot

Really nice apartment with all needed facilities. I travel a lot for work so was nice to stay somewhere with a kitchen! Veronica was great with communication and explained the check in process so well. Will definitely be booking in the future

Such a beautiful flat, everything was there to make you feel right at home. The address is just perfect for walking into the city center. Such incredible views and being able to have breakfast on the balcony was wonderful.

Any improvements would have spoilt the charm, we were impressed by what they had managed to do with the space. Using the cooker though, and perhaps this is my fault, seemed to over heat and set off a very loud smoke detector.

Location is excellent, and all of the instructions received were useful and accurate. As well as being very well fitted-out, the apartment is very peaceful with lovely views. I didn't have the chance to use the balcony, but I reckon it's a great spot for enjoying a glass of wine in the summer..!

Did not stay at the penthouse as it was double booked, luckily the owner hsd a apartment which she offered us. Had issues with hot water and showers not working correctly, Was going through process of been finished, apartment will be great when finished..

The property was found to be not clean. Dust was observer on vents, surfaces and fan. Shower head was dirty and had heavy buildup of scale. Electrical items were not PAT tested
